Not that I'm asking for one nor saying that Winston or Mariota is but when did we ever have a running QB? Aside from Vicks short Jet career we've never had one.

That was more of a general statement as to running QB's drafted.

    I should word that better.

    And Mariota definitely is lol

In his college career, he has rushed the ball 319 times in three years.

I just don't think he's worth the risk with a top 5 pick. they want to trade back and get him mid-round should he still be there....I'd feel much better.

    He's definitely worth a top 5 pick. He's worth a top 3 pick.

It is not often a guy this talented in a pro style offense comes out of college and it is not very often we are picking this high for one. You take him instantly. If not, he's gone by 5

Holy shit I agree with you. I would take Winston also but he has thrown some dumb ass INT's. I am FL st fan seen everyone of his games this year and last.

Of course he's made dumb throws, he's 20 years old playing in a very difficult offense. He lost Benjamin, his best target, and is working with one legit receiver, the rest are young guys he is not acquainted with.

I've been to every home game of his career and have watched him play, considering I am an FSU alumni. It's not my fan craze that is making me say this, it's what I see. He is a HIGHLY skilled QB who is VERY intelligent on the field.

I hope the god there is because PJ is a fucking retarded. Kyle Wilson is better than PJ.

Funny part is PJ literally does the same bullshit Kyle does when the QB misses the throw and they celebrate

Not trying to change subject but Geno never had that big WR. As for his best target I think ur forgetting about Green being his best target.

Greene was not his best target.

Greene caught more passes, yes, but he was not his go to guy. In 2013 and 2014, Greene has not had a season with under 70 receptions. He has 7 TD this year and 9 last year.

Benjamin played for one year with Winston and Greene. In that year, he had 54 receptions, 22 less than Greene, and he had 1000 yards, 138 less than Greene. Benjamin caught 15 TD last year. 15! Greene received more targets because teams were consistently double teaming Benjamin.

Benjamin was a red zone target but Greene was between the 20's.

Than how did Benjamin have 1011 yards, 100 less than Greene that year? Did he get all of those from the 20 yard line?

I mean Greene was his main target between the 20's. Benjamin is a beast and I wanted the Jets to draft him. I even said some where he was the best wide out coming out the draft.

    I didn't. I thought he'd be a bust. I was VERY wrong.

The point is, Winston is without a guy who was a MAJOR part of his offense. He has new running backs, new receivers, and a defense that is missing 7 of its starters, thus putting more pressure on the offense.

That's a lot to ask of a 20 year old student playing in a pro style offense. Even through all of that, he has throw 24 TD's and is undefeated again. He has led tons of come back victories this year and has performed excellent when his back is against the wall.

I'm not worried about his decision making. He's smart on the football field. Very smart.

NO. You need to get over your hard on for the Ryans. They're losers. I also doubt that Greene will fall to the 2nd round.

I think it fucked up FSU is ranked 3rd and undefeated. As much as I hate to say it the Ducks are going to beat them.

I don't think they'll win the Title either this year. Oregon and Alabama are powerhouses.

It's gonna be fun to see Mariota against Winston though :)

Rex would be a great DC and a great college HC. he sucks as a NFL HC though. But in college he would be pretty damn good. defense still wins you some games in college.

I think Alabama overrated. I think FSU you could beat them. There QB is a little shaky.
