    Head Coach: Jim Harbaugh
    Defensive Coordinator: Rob Ryan

    Round 1: Jaemis Winston/Marcus Mariota
    Round 2: Rashad Greene

Keep Percy Harvin on a restructured deal.

Coaching staff would be a SIGNIFICANT upgrade and we would have very good playmaker's to pair with a new QB who spends a year on the bench behind a veteran backup.

I would sign up for this every day!

    How about...

    HC/OC: Norv turner
    DC: Dennis Thurman

    Round 1: Winston
    Round 2 : Sammy Coates

    Keep Percy as you suggested.

Rob is going to the team that just axed his twin brother?

Woody needs to do what it takes to bring in Harbaugh.

I don't think he gives a shit what happened to his brother in regards to his own career. If he is offered a good amount for a DC job here, he takes it.

If we get Mariota or Winston I agree they should sit for a year, but I can't really see it happening. Not unless we get a truly capable backup, someone like Bradford. Otherwise the pressure in NY to start the rookie Qb will be extremely high. Hopefully the new coaching staff won't succumb to that pressure, though.

Hell no on Rob Ryan. What's the point of getting rid of one twin to bring in another? They use the same system and approach (their father's), and both have been terrible as of late. After 6 years with Rex and his exotic schemes and blitzing on defense that every halfway decent QB seems to have figured out, I yearn for a simple 4-3 scheme where pass rushers can just get after the QB every play, and everyone else can sit back and try to jump routes instead of covering much more talented players on an island.

Also hell no on Norv Turner. The guy is a brilliant offensive coordinator, but a terrible head coach as his many attempts in the past have shown. It's much better to take a chance on some coordinator than go with a retread.

I don't think he would. Just the press angle he would get would not nake it worth it. And he is not that good where we should break the bank to change his mind

I want to learn why Harbaugh is getting fired and the behind the scenes stuff before saying yes to Harbaugh. He turned SF around and that's great for him and his coaching ability, but what's going on behind the scenes that makes SF say no more?

Is it more the FO/GM or the HC causing the friction?

Rob Ryan - are you being serious??!! He is pathetic. He is a journeyman DC who really is a screwball who wears out his welcome everywhere he brings his bags. His defenses have never been outstanding with any team he has been with. Poor choice indeed. His overall defensive team stats rank among the bottom of the NFL with the exception of 2013. Even worse against the rush. He is going to be canned by NO and this will make his third team that fires him after only 2 years on the job. Really shaky track record. And there is no way that Harbaugh would work with this idiot.

No chance Ryan takes a job here if his brother is fired. Love Harbaugh and Mariota though. Then either P.J. Williams or Alex Carter would be ideal.

Yes will that happen here? Why exactly? Is Harbaugh overreaching, going behind GMs back, front office back, talking them bad to players? Or is it more of an attack from the FO/GM on Harbaugh because he has it out for Harbaugh.

The first one is much more concerning if we hire a GM or even if Harbaugh has full control and rubs everyone the wrong way

I doubt it. Give him some level of control. He and Idzik can work together.

I'm thinking there's no way Harbaugh comes here, he's staying on the WC.

I disagreed as soon as i seen Rob Ryan. He is garbage, disgrace to the Ryan family as far as running a dominant defense.
