jets: go ahead and score titans: you score jets: no, you score titans: no really, I insist, you score jets: fine Jets win 7-3.
Sadly, we may want to keep an eye on Jake Locker. He's one of the top free agent QB options this offseason...
I predict he has around 250 yards passing, a couple TD passes and 0 Ints.. just like practically EVERY single QB who has faced this defense this year.
We gotta play it safe, there's too much at stake, can't take the chance of their ST fumbling a punt. Give Geno 3 chances to throw the pick 6, he's bound to hit a lineman in the chest again.
The people in this thread are losers. YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME! This is a very winnable game for the Jets. As was yesterday's against the Vikings. It will be an ugly game for sure. Hopefully Mo and Amaro are back. I think the Jets get the win.
Yea what a memorable win for the franchise its gonna be if we beat the Titans,I don't think we are gonna look back at this game in 5 years and watch highlights and have fond memorys of our win .Once April gets here no ones gonna care about this game if we won unless it moves our draft position back.Mariota provides a some hope for us moving foward at the QB position if we are able to draft him,This upcoming draft is the most important one since 2009 as far as where the franchise is headed in terms of QB.If we don't draft a QB we are gonna be stuck with a stop gap veteran again or even worse Geno Smith for another year
A meaningless game against a team that's just as bad if not worse then ours,Its like buying a scratch off lotto ticket then losing and running back to the store to not collect your prize
No.. nobody is a loser for wanting our loser ass team to draft a winner. Sorry. You might as well go over to Tennessee forum too I'm sure you'll find even more people aboard the tank mission. Like i said before, jets fan base can try to mask all this losing with tanking.. but our guys our really trying its evident. we just stink. Tennessee on the other hand is not trying and are obviously suckin it up for the best pick they can get.
I feel that I want to see more of Geno. I am not convinced that he got a fair shake. The last couple of games would be good to give him a chance with no pressure. We can get a good feel of his ability this year and make an informed decision. Yes, Geno should definitely start the next three games. (Hopefully everybody knows where I am going with this
I assume yuou are being sarcastic, but ftr that train has left the station, bub. Smith playing well against teams that are imploding or have already packed for the island they are going to in January? Dowe remember last season down the stretch? What did we "learn" from that? Putting Smith aside for a moment, it is problematic to think you can balance out three quarters of a bad season by playing well against teams that for one reason or another are just not a good measure for assessing performance. See Cleveland and Miami last year, for example. And while you are being sarcastic, I bet John Idzik is hoping not only that Smith starts, but does well enough to save his job.
Lets start Tajh Boyd this game, I really want to see what the kids made of. Sign him back real quick.
The state of NY Sports right now is laughably bad. The Jets and Knicks are, by far, my two favorite teams. It's just rough.
