The Titans are that bad. They let Fitzpatrick throw for 6 TDs and let Andre Williams ripoff a 50+ yard TD. Lost by a combine 53 points these last 2 weeks. There decent players are hurt on offense and they have nothing up front. The Jets on paper are a disastrous matchup for TEN unless the Titans OLine begins to play up to their billing and can control the LOS or if the Titans win the turnover battle.
Heard he has a broken hand, missed today's game. EDIT: Cracked bone, wonder if its worth it for him to even play from here on out these final few games.
Really is quite sad that we have resorted to this kind of game and hence, discussion. Whether we are #2 or #5, it really doesn't matter until we know who will be in charge......unfortunately the talent pool for this type of job is pretty shallow and those that may be interested are put off by the media scrutiny, hi cost of living/taxes, and big, big task of once again changing the teams culture.
Jets by many accounts wanted McFadden but Oakland took him 1 pick before. Who knows what's smokescreen or not but the Raiders taking McFadden limited the Jets choices of who to go at pick 6.
He was questionable this morning. The fact he was not declared out earlier in the week makes me think it is not a major injury. If healthy, he will play.
I blame myself for naming the thread the toilet bowl. I thought it would just be a funny pun but he took advantage of my innocence.
Let's just pray that Geno brings his "A" game. and by that I clearly mean Geno not being able to throw the ball forward to anyone but the Titan defenders. The Toilet Bowl is a must-lose game.
Yes. That Geno is enough to allow a mediocre high school team to beat the Jets, let alone a team with 53 "pro" players.
does anyone know how tie breakers work? it says on nfl.com that we are 4th tied at 2-11? what are the deciding factors that ranks tampla, raiders and titans ahead of us?
