Nate Silver has the chance of a playoff spot: Alabama and Oregon 100%, TCU 91%, Free Shoes U 68%, Ohio State 40%, Baylor 1%.

 

I should have expected it. Damn me for thinking we were actually going to beat them just once.

Why doesn't that big 12 have a title game? That doesn't make sense..like each conference can just make their own rules?

 

These are my thoughts as well. Ohio state just won 59-0 with their 3rd stringer. Fsu hasn't beaten anyone all year and will get absolutely steam rolled by Oregon or Alabama. If they play Alabama it kind of has that Notre dame/Bama title game feeling.

Because each week they have mediocre or poor performances, while other teams play better.

Of the top 10 teams that played and won, none of them played as poorly as FSU, which keeps escaping, and against weak opposition.

The bottom line is if your schedule is garbage, you need to win decisively, not have to come back in many of them late and catch a ton of breaks.

Wisconsin is kind of a one trick pony. You shut down their run, and they are done. Thats what the Fuckeyes did to you guys yesterday.

 

It would be interesting to see FSU go against a real team like Alabama - then we could see what Winston can do, one way or the other!

 

yes. The Big 10 didn't have one until 4 or 5 years ago IIRC.

 

Big 12 has only one category. SEC, PAC and Big 10 have 2 categories. In order to have Big 12 title match, they need to split into 2 groups. Still it is stupid to award Baylor and TCU as co champ when Baylor won the match.

 

The big 12 commish should be fired.
