I thought you were addressing the convo I was having Junc. Obviously you weren't and were just speaking in general because even though i'm definitely not a Mark Sanchez fan, I have never criticized him to that level. I don't think he's very good, but I don't think he's the worst QB ever.
They still show errors in judgement. Once again, do you think Mark just plays according to the situation? If so, thats a problem.
mistakes made when nothing is on the line do not bother me, making the big mistake at a critical time(like Ryan Tannehill last Sunday at Denver) do bother me. he's going to make mistakes, he's not a Brady/Manning type. the key for him is limiting mistakes in big moments which he has done a good job of throughout his career. he will have a terrible game and pile up the TOs and it will make his overall #s look worse than they actually are but anyone watching these last 5 games could see how well he was playing and how most of the TOs either a)weren't his fault or b) were in garbage time. since taking over Philly is 4-1 and he is leading the Philly O to 30.4 PPG that's winning football.
It's funny how anyone who doesn't look at Sanchez through dated rose colored glasses is a "Hater". He's had a few good games, but he's always had a few good games.
I look at Sanchez as a football player. I don't care if he played for us now but when somebody playing give him props. When he sucks give that to him also. He 4-1 as starter I think? And yes a lot has to do with the way he playing. He may from now on look like shit but he winning and that what counts.
Yeah, there's definitely a difference between "haters" and those who look at the game objectively. He's had some good games, but has by no means set the world on fire. He's done a good job. Kudos to him for making the most of his opportunity.
I'd be curious to know how many of those looking at game "objectively" believed he would be able to start for another NFL team let alone doing a good job as a starter. I just find it funny that a lot of people are now finding solace in the fact that although he is playing well and his team is winning, he is not lightning it up like a Brady, Manning or Rodgers as though anyone, fanboi or hater, believed he could.
Even junc is too embarrassed to agree with your flamboyantly gaylove posts, and he's been a Sanchez fan from day one.
Gee Byz, sorry for making you out yourself. Romo hating is gay bashing. since you take offense, clearly you and romo are...well...it rhymes......
This is what I was talking about, Hobbes. You are rarely coherent and are overtly dick flogging, and it's only the early hours. You are clearly an embarrassment to anyone that agrees with any basic sentiment you make.
I definitely believe he could play QB well for another team. I've been supportive of him. I never said that there weren't "haters." There are. Plenty. But some haven't rushed to judgment which seems the most logical view to me. It's clear to see that some just blatantly hate the guy.
Nacho has done his job averagely. He isn't a top 10 NFL QB and may never be. Who knows, who in Jet land really cares, except fanboys. He is executing Kelly's offense well enough to help them win. Lets not get carried away like fanboys do..... AKA..." The Jets should have kept this slighted future hall of famer"! Foles wasn't a world beater either, yet he was the starter until he got hurt, and it wasn't because the Jets organization conspired against Nacho, like some say. What a joke. Romo has never been a top 5 QB, in my eyes a choke artist when it really counts. Nacho isn't a leader, only a part of a much bigger item. A cog in the wheel at best. For any team he plays for. Is Dallas anywhere near Green Bay? Nope! Is Philly better than Dallas, apparently.... Even with Nacho at the helm, atleast for one game. We saw that. Am I ready to have Nacho back in NY like the fanboys? Nope, not yet! Most likely never. He is what he is. He sure as hell wasn't deserving of the money he was paid by our team for 4 years. He didn't lead out team to 2 AFC championships, he participated, and held the team back more than he aided our team. To believe otherwise, is blind MAN LOVE, like a true fanboy!
So what's your point fan boy? Give Geno, Nachos current situation, and then what? Give Geno the time and reps Nacho has, and he executes with near perfect precision, just like Sanchize! My previous post is true, while most of my others were ribbing all fan boys. So is Nacho taking Philly to the big game? Or will he do his part to its extent, only to lose in the championship. If Philly's defense stymies Green Bay's offense, and nacho capitalizes on that great defense with great field position most of the game, and wins the NFC championship by a score of 3-0, are you gonna be on here tooting Nacho's horn as one of the greats? Probably.
