The truth is, that this is just a story by Adam schefter, talking to sources.

Everything I hear is that the
jets are expected to look into this,
the Jets may not have any interest in Harbaugh at all.

Yeah Schef just said again on ESPN that the Jets are "monitoring the situation closely."

Kaep sucks. When harbaugh leaves he will fade into oblvion. The guy is throwing to davis, crabtree, lloyd, stevie johson, has Hyde and gore, a good line and still sucks.

which begs the question, why did he dump Alex smith for him if he's such a QB genius.

It's worth it because it means you don't have a good QB. Kaepernick is the prime example. Because he has such a good arm and can run he has failed to develop the proper throwing mechanics, failed to read defenses from the pocket and has relied on his raw ability. It takes discipline to adhere to proper throwing techniques, stand in the pocket when you have the instincts of a huskie to run and he is too lazy and undisciplined to do either which results in him just throwing off his back foot relying on his natural arm strength. Or he wants to run.

He has failed to develop proper techniques and throw from the pocket and it is catching up to the Niners. He's not a good QB despite his tremendous physical abilities. Kap running more isn't the solution for the niners.

Because the guy has all the physical tools and looked good initially. He has simply proven to be lazy and undisciplined. Hard to fault Harbaugh for not being able to predict that.

He is now what he's always been; an elite runner with a cannon arm but poor pocket passing skills. Harbaugh had a great point guard type ball distributor with smith and dumped him for the flashy athlete. He made the wrong decision and then hasn't been able to develop Kaep into anything better. I think he should be faulted for that.

No I did miss the game. Vegas last year also had us as one of the worse teams. You can't judge effort by one game. I did see the effort in Steeler game. What was so good about these FA signing? Chris Johnson? DP? Who been so good? I won't even go into the draft.

Kaepernick has shown zero improvement to, almost regression tbh considering he isn't as dynamic as he was in 2012.

He's paid to now so they are in it for the long haul with colin who will eventually lose his weapons that he has had access to.

soxx, I find that hard to believe, you think woody is going to give Harbaugh the keys to the organization and send draft picks to the niners?

I think Idzik stays, rex is gone and Idzik and woody interview coaches for the vacant position.

Truthfully, I don't think Harbaugh even considers coming to the jets.

I wonder if they can him. I think they bring in gase to work with him, although I heard the coordinator is next in line.

For me I'm not concerned with evaluating whether it was the wrong decision now but whether it was the wrong decision then before he failed to progress. Seeing Kaep his first year you can understand why Harbaugh went with him.
