Wow. It's like some people want to see the guy fail. This seems way too personal.

I don't give a fuck what he does, but you idiots and the media idiots keep jerking off to him and use his "success" to shit on the Jets. It's a fucking joke.

It's pathetic, but hopefully it's just a small subset of the fan base.

Whatever you thought about him, he was never a bad dude.

Seattle devoured Peyton and Rodgers, come on now lol, that's grading Sanchez on a ridiculous curve.

You realize Detroit's defense is stupid good, right? And Rodgers is the best QB in the league. Come on, now.

I really can't say a single bad thing about what I saw from Sanchez yesterday. He looked like what I had been hoping for him to turn into for four years.

I will say that the entire Eagles team looked great all day long, and that sitting in a house full of Cowboys fans, I sort of enjoyed seeing them feel exactly the same way I've felt watching the Jets all year, after them acting like a bunch of fucking yahoos for months chanting "Super Bowl" every time they won.

Looks like I'll be wearing a junc-approved avatar during the entire offseason.

If the Eagles win the division, I'll even Photoshop the avatar myself to junc's desire.

So what is your point. That Mark is better than Rodgers.

It was a bad loss for Dallas, point blank. The Oline got smothered, the defense could not stop a nosebleed, etc.

And I thought Dallas would make a strong comeback push, remember the RG3 game a couple years ago on Thanksgiving? when Dallas was down 28? it reminded me of that, but in that game the offense was able to cut it to 7 points I believe. Yesterday the Eagles just pounded them in, and really sent a message to the rest of the league. That was a statement game, no doubt (it does not erase the Packers debacle but it gives me hope that if they had to go back to Green Bay, they could pull a 2010 Jets.......)

And I picked Dallas to win the division this year under the circumstance that Foles would stay healthy, the Eagles imo are going to win the Super Bowl if they stay with Mark Sanchez. It would be a catastrophic misjudgment if Kelly goes back to Foles. Foles is timid and is not the guy you went in the playoffs, Sanchez is the man for the job, the guy who can stare down HoF QBs in their building and not flinch like the rest would.

I never got this theory that its QB vs QB. Isn't more like QB vs defense?

It is but you do see guys quite often meltdown in the presence of other qbs. Cutler has had his worst games against the Packers defense which has been relatively awful over the recent year, same with peyton, the pats d sucked for years yet Peyton still seemed to struggle in Foxborough.

I do believe it's a quality some qbs have, but most dont. Flacco and Eli seem to have it also as evident in their playoff wins.

The key is the coaching and the system. How can you honestly compare a Rex Ryan offense to a Chip Kelly offense? The Jets don't need Sanchez back. He is the same player. The Jets need a coach who understands offense in the current NFL. You wonder why the offense looks so similarly inept year after year no matter who the QB is? Look no further than the HC and his philosophy.

    Hello everyone,

Charger fan, USC fan and Sanchez supporter. I first joined back when Mark was drafted to follow his progress. Mostly because im a USC fan, and mostly because I wanted him to succeed for you guys and I wanted to somehow come along for the ride. Marks a very likable and a charismatic guy, so its always been easy to root for him. I follow Carson, Cassell, and Barkley, but none of their stories or personalities are as interesting to me.

Its been an interesting ride I must say, following the highs (2 afcs championship games) and lows (that fumble) but most surprisingly, the intrigue I found in reading the posts from the defenders and critics added to a great couple of years on this forum as ive stayed behind the scenes.

I gotta say, through the years I got a little too close to the organization as it became my number two team and now find myself saddened by what's going on in Jets nation, feeling bad for Ryan who I believe always genuinely had Marks best interest at hand and believed in his ability. When I see the jets in the news, its not just some other team in the news, its the jets. I hope you guys find success soon because you guys are an interesting bunch and seem like cool people.

From an outsiders perspective, I think you guys need to get rid of Geno (didnt rate him even before he was linked to the jets) and Vick, keep Simms as 2nd option and go for your star QB again.

Now with this new chapter of Marks career I see a lot of old memories coming back with those who support and those who still dont believe in the guy (which is fine, some people will always believe he's the same old 2012 guy) as I too went through the pains of seeing my organization get rid of Drew FING Brees. I see similarities between Charger fans that blamed the woes on Drew and those who saw the root of the problems elsewhere.

These past couple of weeks have been some of the most entertaining days in regards to the Mark saga, and a lot of that has to do with reading theganggreen opinion post eagles game. I find myself laughing my ass off as the arguments unfold.

To wrap, I hope you guys find yourselves in a better situation soon, and thanks for the laughs and insight into Marks career, the good and the bad.

    Ps please fire your GM.

So am I wrong to assume you have some sort of proof to back up your claim that he "shits the bed against top Ds" in comparison to other QBs against top Ds?

I came up with one example of him having a great game against a top D in the biggest game of his life, and that was just off the top of my head.
