Brook..that number could go higher my friend. That seems like the trend. Its not so much that the models keep depicitng much more precip...its the temps. First snow and 38..now snow and 34. If that trend continues...Madison could get between 7-12..at least.

no...it could for some..but your trip basically takes you through the good..bad..and the ugly. By 8pm it will be very bad somewhere on your route..very. The trip to the thruway will be dicey but the trip once the thruway straightens up towards Windham will be worse. Its a tough time sir. The only thing I would recommend at this time is to wait it out till the plows do there thing and head out like 5am or so. Thats a real tough time FM..the only good news is most will head the warning and the tough trip might be much more lonely for most will be off the roads by then. THATS IF ALL STAYS THE COURSE..and somewhere along your journey it will be very bad no matter how the track turns. You are covering a lot of west to east ground to go along with your north south ground. Tough call sir.
worst part is that it isn't even doing anything in Chicago right now. radar is clear and has been clear for hours. what a goddamn joke.
