Since we know Junc loves to point out the following sequence after turnovers we should mention Tennessee scored a TD off of that turnover. For those keeping score.
Mark was passing well though. There was a dropped TD on the drive smith got popped on but I haven't seen the int yet. Ima usin Tapatalkie.
Chip isn't calling any Qb draws and I don't see Mark using his legs. He actually isn't a bad runner. With Mark confidence isn't always a good thing. When he gets over confident he's careless. And when that happens he gets picked off.
The Titans remind me of the Jets. They can stay within a touchdown or 2 but not good enough to come from behind. Good drive by Mark.
They're losing by 10. In many of those 8 in a row the Jets lost they stayed in the games but in reality weren't close enough to really compete.
That was a nice play by Sanchez, on 3rd down at the end of the half, taking the hit and completing the pass. This is a play we would almost never see with the Jets. Sanchez would almost always just lie down to avoid the hit. But here he actually put his body at risk. One has to wonder if playing for his job next year is motivating him to play more like an actual NFL player.
In spite of the pick overall Mark was a positive for the Eagles in the first half and played very well. Even that last drive he did a great job on and put the Eagles in potential FG range. I'd give Mark a B plus.
They're losing by 10 yes, but really if you take away the special teams gaff that gave up a TD on the opening kickoff it really is a 3 point game (assuming of course the Eagles wouldn't have scored anyway). yes the TD counts, yes it's 10 points but this game is one of the few times the game is actually closer than it looks despite the score.
Just said the game was closer than the score indicated, no knocks on anyone either way...but if you want to play a blame game then the game isn't as close if Sanchez doesn't throw the pick that led the the Titans first TD.... I'll remind you, all I said the game was closer in the first half than the score indicated WITHOUT blaming anyone. But like I said, if you really want to play the blame game.
