On the rewards code page there is a side bar. I hit the "contact us" and an email box came up. I emailed that I couldn't get the reward code to work and within a few hours they responded back with letting me know they gave me the code credit. Good luck.
Ok so I checked out the auctions today and some how the owners box auction is up to 39,900 points witch is physically impossible I have kept track of every possible point one could earn and that is almost 3,000 points more then you could have at this juncture in the season. This leads me to believe that someone is cheating and has a inside man giving them free points. So yet again the JETS are trying to screw us the season ticket holders this is ridiculous
I think depending on your seat level you get more points for game attendance. etc. Kind of silly because the people who can afford luxury seats are the only ones that can get the good seat auctions.
The most i have at the moment is 39,300 on one seat. I think you get more for either having better seats or for having season tickets for a long time.
39,300 is pretty darn good. You must have obtained virtually every available point. I am 10k behind you which gives me no shot at any decent auctions. The few half decent marketplace items are sold out. I guess I could get a calvin pryor autographed photo lol. I guess it says alot when the best item is a Nick Mangold signed ball. No offense to Nick but you get my drift
I have 31,650. Been to every game and put in points that are posted here or from JTL which is only 100 points a week. I have been a STH since '08 and was upper deck in the old stadium. Now I am in section 110. I had thought we all get the same points but now I doubt it. I see what you are saying about the point system shutting out some of us who have been loyal regardless of how long we have been STH or where we sit. It's not right. The rewards should go no higher then what any STH can max out at so every one has a chance to get a particular item. If they still want to give more points to longer STH's or to ones with better seats, fine. But that should only allow them to get more items, not exclusive items out of other STH's reach.
I understand giving more points for longevity but still have an issue with certain rewards being out of reach for many STH's. 9000 is a huge amount!!!!!!!
And speaking of rewards points......our last away game we had awesome team work and ranked up a significant amount of points. Any idea if we will get points on Sunday for anything or on Monday when the game will be played? Not sure if the change of day and venue will affect any shows giving reward points. Was hoping for another high points game (for us and the team!)
