I'm on the stop trying to develop young QBs bandwagon and going the Cardinals route. In that case guys like Jay Cutler are exactly the kind of players we need to be considering. I think its possible that if you give him a strong defense and ask him to do less he could be successful. With that said I wouldn't trade much for him or take on a significant portion of the contract, so he would probably have to get cut.
I think we have a quite appetizing WR core now. Decker, Harvin, Kerley & Jace.... sounds alot better than Kerley, Salas, & Nelson. Not to mention our backfield is good (could be great with better coaching and better o-line). We actually have a normal offense now
Injuries happen at every position, no matter the age. RG3, went down, Stafford has been out as much as in, early in his career.
