That was in the beginning of the season though. Green bay is back and extremely hard to beat at home.

Exactly. When Sanchez was doing well last week the week 10 thread was quiet like a mofo.

Yup, bad game, bad pick 6 and missed 2 potential TD passes.

No excuses, not a good game.

Just threw up another bad one.

In 2010 he still panicked just as much as he did in 2011 and 2012. Actually I think he was worse in 2010 but he was not exposed to making mistakes as much. The difference in 2010 was that Sanchez was greatly protected against making mistakes because when he had to throw in passing situations his mistake % was far to high. Therefore he was not allowed to throw on 3rd downs except for quick 1-3 step pre-arranged throws. mostly we ran on 3rd downs so Sanchez would not turn the ball over. He only passed in the most favorable positions when defenses were expecting the run and would not rush him. It is hard to imagine a QB ever having it easier than Sanchez did in 09-10 when he only threw in non-passing situations. A medicore QB thrwoing only in those situations almost never playing form behind and with the best running game in the league would put up monster numbers. Despite that he Sanchez 9 fumbles but had the good fortune to have only one lost. He also was extremely lucky when he led the league in 2010 in dropped Ints having 6 more than 2nd place QB. I think people look at his TOs in 2010 and think oh he must have played better when in reality he was just as awful as his other 3 years. If he was only very lucky in 2010 rather than exceptionally lucky and ended up tied for most dropped INTs and his 9 fumbles resulted in 5-6 lost fumbles he would have equaled his normal yearly amount of 26 TOs per year.

What the hell is he doing there? He just threw the ball up and it got picked. He just doesnt protect the football, he's way to careless with it. He's played 2 1/2 games and already has 4 picks.

Just like I mentioned you get to Mark early he will fold. That sack by Matthews early in the game set the tone.

It's a mix now, at first he just wasn't getting any help but I think the scoreboard is bringing out old bad habits

And thats pretty much all that needs to be said. Yeah the Eagles lost because their D got smoked but Sanchez did not play anywhere near well enough to beat any team today.

And thats something the supporters wont realize.

Somehow this is all Tony Sparano's fault.

Eagles fans down here were hyping this game up so much. You'd think they were in the Super Bowl. They were all convinced that if they beat Green Bay tonight, it made them the best team in the league and they clearly would win it all at that point.

I think everyone has to realize that.

He played poorly and that's not going to beat GB.

And now a snap fumble TD.

    ah, hes HUMAN!

but then thats expected, he's still a good signing for the eagles and probably has a very good chance of QBing a playoff team again regardless of his team getting blow out today.

Titans at home next week, thats much more winnable.

We really need to make sure we're giving him the right kind of credit either way, hard as it is for jets fans to do what with our Dan Marino Syndrome and and all.

Yep whole team is garbage but like with every other team it starts and ends with the QB.

Sanchez coulda played a hell of a lot better.

And he'll need to cause the schedule doesnt get any easier after next week.

Teams can now prepare for him. I wouldn't expect much from him against any decent teams this year. He truly is who we thought he was.

Hmm interesting. To me he felt more composed in the pocket when it collapsed. In 2011 was when I think he started to feel ghosts and 2012 was just a rookie getting introduced to the NFL all over again. I wasn't thinking turnover wise, just deer in the headlights wise.

He seemed to be making more of those, evade the first rusher, get rid of the ball throws.

I don't really root against Sanchez, but when he was playing adequately for the Eagles during the past 2 weeks, it was like all of a sudden the Jets became the butt of every joke (no pun intended). Like that crap Bledsoe said about QBs coming here is like a virgin sacrifice and the snarky comments from ESPN as if its 100% the Jets fault why Sanchez failed so they just lump it on to us. While GB is an amazing team, it seems like people are finally seeing Sanchez for who he is. We just got unlucky in drafting 2 of the worst QBs in the league right now.

This L isn't Mark's fault. Kind of like last week's game with the Panthers when Cam Newton had to play from behind all day. Qbs who have to play from behind are at a huge disadvantage. But I think Chip expected Mark to be able to try and keep the Eagles in the game. Again when there's adversity Mark makes careless mistakes. He's still doing it. Plus overthrowing receivers. Just interested. When Mark was with the Jets how many comebacks did he engineer. I don't remember. Btw Mark had plenty of time to throw. No consistent big pass rush on him.

He's not an NFL calibar QB you can have sustained success with, sure you can win some games with Sanchez but at the end of the day he is who he is.He just isn't that good and never has been, what is this his 6th year?and he still can't read defenses or adjust to pressure in the pocket.I'm sure he will have a comeback game against the Titans next week and continue to fool Eagles fans
