tail end of a back to back for San Antonio, but since it's not a TNT game, Duncan and Ginobili will play.
I'm surprised, I was expecting them to sit. Maybe it has something to do with Kawhi still having blurred vision. He kicked ass last night and still couldn't see well.
the general feeling I was hearing was that they would sit. Probably won't see Duncan and Ginobili play both ends of back to backs very often.
I don't expect them to sit as often as you do, but their minutes will be heavily monitored as the season goes on. Duncan with 35 minutes after playing 35 the night before, not going to see that happen too often.
last year Duncan had 8 DNPs and averaged 29.2 mpg This year he's averaging 33.2 in the early going. He hasn't been that high since 08-09. Should go down.
Agreed about minutes, unless he gets injured, I'm not sure that DNPs will be more. He found the fountain of youth at a hospital in Germany and those knees seem to be getting better every year since.
I'm loving OKC's performance this season so far... i know the record doesn't say anything much but anybody with a basketball brain knows a 7 player roster is gonna be hit by fatigue & foul trouble in the 4th quarter. Reggie Jackson, Morrow, Collison, Perry Jones, Lance Thomas & Ish Smith all look impressive so far this year. If KD and Russ get help it's gonna be a problem for other teams... Jeremy Lamb sucks though right now.
Have you seen him back at Wake? He's gonna be a good fit for us! maybe thats why i included him lol, he's gonna be here longer than sebASStian welfare i know that much.
He's not going to have much of a role, if any role at all. He was brought in for depth. He CAN be a decent role player though yes. I just don't see us using him.. anyway another heart breaking late loss yet again...
Memphis's hot start may go a long way. They won 50 last year despite Gasol missing 2 months.....they might be heading toward a 55+ win season this year.
