Kay and LaGrecca are so much better of a listen than Fatcessa. Not close IMHO. I still listen to them both. Fatcessa just to remind myself what a dooshnozzle he is. Comedic relief. Kind of like why I used to listen to Rome, just to remind myself how much I hated him. _
Agreed. I dont really like Kay at all, but I'm a huge LaGreca and Ruocco fan. Kay is huge on stirring up his own story, and Don always tells it how it is. I like their dynamic. Francessa is way too pompous, and there is no other person to offset him. Rome was brutal too. Hated that guy.
I don't like Kay. He tries to create controversy and does a poor job of it. I do like his interview show Center Stage. I'll take Mike without the Mad Dog. At least his Jets bias is funny. Those rants recently: over the top so much that for what they were: they were great! No way that Kay could duplicate that.

Exactly. The biggest issue that Mike has is that he desperately needs someone to interact with who is willing to unapologetically shoot down his sweeping generalizations and counteract his massive ego. Russo was perfect in that regard. Mike's show has become nothing more than unfiltered, unchallenged propaganda. There's no discourse. It's Mike's personal vessel to push whatever agenda appeals to him.

Please don't let Mikey collapse and die on the show. The thought of watching Mink attempt mouth to mouth resuscitation on Francesa might make TVs (if he's on FS1 that day) and radios everywhere explode.

I like Francesa. I think he gives a lot of good insight to baseball and football, and I suppose horse racing which I'm not into. He is often spot on in his criticisms of the Jets, especially the FO and the HC. Although he protests to the contrary, he does dislike the Jets. No further proof required than the Revis interview a few years ago. Francesa harped on Revis to admit that a pass he had broken up in the playoffs was actually interference although no penalty was called. I had never heard Francesa treat any other guest that way. To his credit, Revis stuck to his guns and eventually walked out of the interview. The Jets as an organization totally justified in treating Francesa as persona non grata.
