this is like putting salt in my wounds as a Jets fan. Now the ultimate insult would be if he wins a SB with them
he's got confidence again, that was unattainable here. I noticed last week that he was running a lot more than I've ever seen him do here, its like he's got moves in the pocket now that he never had with NYJ.
Burress was one of the main reasons he had inflated TD stats that year. How can you say he was bad for nacho, when he so blatantly wasn't?
Holy fuck, nice touch, avoid the blitz, TD. 1968, please take me off ignore. Please, I'll play nice. _
He will, Arizona and Detroit get the top 2 seeds, heck Eagles might be the 2 seed. Would just have to go to Arizona which isnt difficult.
No.....here's what I am saying: (1) Sanchez was an average QB. In his best years, he's on the border of Top 10. In an off year, he's closer to the low-teens/20. (2) But.....an average QB was good enough for us to win with Rex's D-schemes, like 2009 and 2010. (3) You don't wait for a GREAT QB to come by because quite simply they don't come along that often and then when they do you don't have the right draft pick. (4) Sanchez could handle the pressure of NY and the playoffs. That we know for sure. (5) Sanchez had 4 years (5 if you include the IR) of experience. That counts for something. Phil Simms didn't click until Year 6. Sanchez with 4/5 years of experience was ALWAYS going to be a better bet than Geno Smith with 1 or 2 years. Now, if the Jets had a shot at Andrew Luck or someone like that, no amount of experience makes up for that talent advantage. IN SHORT: If not for Woody's desire to sell PSL's and anger at Sanchez for getting the extension from MT, Sanchez was our best option at QB. He probably would have done OK in MM's system, not as good as Kelly's, but OK. The bottom line is we gave up on a guy who made the AFC CG in 1/2 his seasons with us. Unreal......
LOL. They aren't winning the division over Dallas if Romo is healthy. Please, please just stop. Mark Sanchez is not beating out Tony Romo.
nah, over-expensive injured QB that was still making bad mistakes that a 5th year vet shouldn't have who probably would've been an awkward retread that felt trapped and unhappy if hew were retained. the jets made a good move cutting the sanitize and the eagles made a good move taking a chance on him. we were in no position to try again with him, lets not let hindsight distract us from that.
Hey guys remember when RG3 went down and it was a blessing in disguise because Cousins is so awesome? Yeah. Good thing Foles went down. Sanchez time!!!
