Maybe, just maybe, he was a turn over machine because our offense was a complete fucking disaster. You can put Rodgers, Brady, Manning behind our offensive line with those shit receivers from 2011 and 2012 and expect to see turn overs. In case you forgot, a clean pocket was a rarity for us in the Sanchez years that he got crapped all over for. No protection and nobody open. I wonder what the problem could have been
Heck even if we were 4-6 we would still be in this thing........we 4-6 in 2009.....just a couple plays =/
Sanchez is having success because of the running attack, oh wait it's the defense, oh wait it's the system, oh wait it's the line, oh wait it's the WRs…wait I'm not sure; I just know it's not because of him.
Basic effing management. And...That's been a problem with Idzik. Cro was the same deal. two players due big money, but were going to play for far less...Had Sanchez been kept instead of acquiring Vick, you would have had an honest 'competition at every position' the mantra that somehow went away once Sanchez was gone, and the ability to go to the backup far sooner.
BTW, you don't need Sanchez to do well to see that our organization has serious problems. All you need to do is look at how desperate you are to see him fail so they don't become blatantly obvious.
Whoa whoa whoa. You hate Sanchez. And you're in a Sanchez thread. And I'm defending Sanchez against a 3 year Sanchez hater yet I'M annoying as fuck? I trust the irony of that is not lost on you. _
13/25 218 yards he still sucks but he has a monster running game, a million weapons, and a great defensive showing tonight so he is basically doing the same thing he did in 2010
You are pathetic.you do realize that, you're jsut attack attack attack. The Eagles, will have won 2 games against bad teams....the first game those turnovers if they had come against a good team would have cost the Eagles. Eagles are a good team, he's had a couple good drives, he's made a couple mistakes he got away with...he's played a good game thus far...But it's one game against a bad team. Take away the punt return, and the turnovers and how much of a lead do the Eagles have? Like I said, wins/losses are team stats. The EAGLES have played well, the Panthers have been horrible. I mean at this point 14 of 31 points have been scored by the defense and special teams, 10 of the other 17 points have come off of short fields after turnovers. Sanchez has had 1 good drive, 4 punts or 4 and outs....meanwhile he's 13-25.....0 turnovers (which is good)....he got 93 yards in the air on one drive, just over 100 combined in the other 6 drives. He's played a clean game, he's been a positive overall towards the Eagles game today so far...But to say he's having a great game? He's had 1 good drive and the Eagles defense has given him short fields 3 times now deep in Panthers territory(they just fumbled again). Now that was a beautiful throw to Selik. that was a nice throw.
There are a lot of posters with a vested interest in him failing. There's really not enough crow in the world to feed those that are worthy if he succeeds.
That's not exactly the truth. He had an average to better than average OL with the Jets. I think it was 2011 we had 3 Pro Bowl linemen and after he self destructed his fans of course looking for scapegoats blamed them. Tonight is his night for sure but Cam and the Panthrrs are horrible.
