I know if we did that every ref would be throwing a flag,on top of it it was a fumble I just don't know if a Steeler player picked the ball up
That may have been a fumble Never underestimated the power of the NFL to help the Jets screw themselves (Questionable OPI...2 plays later TURNOVER!)
I'll bite milcus. The Colts were a very well-run organization that had a winning reputation and pedigree for about a decade. They lost the best player on their team at the most important position, and as such had one bad year. The team was largely the same, and they still had a winning pedigree and had battled through adversity together. This team, on the other hand, has none of that. We have no strong adversity bonds. We have no winning pedigree. We don't have players that know how to win. We need to build that. If we don't, no matter how "talented" our team is, we won't win anything. Jacksonville and the Raiders have had the most top-5 picks in the last decade. How has that been working for them? And that's not even mentioning the fact that Luck was 100x the QB prospect MM is.
I am not saying I want the players to play like shit. I want the players to play well (especially guys like Jace, etc..). i just think winning games at 1-8 makes sense for the future of this team. And again, I am saying that as a fan, not a player. If I was a player, I would feel differently (obviously).
