Who would you rather the Jets get? Winston or Mariota or Cooper?

Possibly, but being that he's at a smaller school, I think he can be had late 2/3 (like Garrapolo did). Cook is saying he's staying, so that could bring Grayson up the boards though.

I'm never happy picking out of the top 10, but if you're not getting in to the playoffs it's much better to have a top 5 pick than a mid to late teens pick....:D

Mid-teens is purgatory on draft night hoping THAT player slides down, top 3 = loads of pressure, nah top 5 is great

Definately not Cooper...Guy will menace us twice a year for 10+ years.

I'm not high or Winston or Mariota...

A major problem I see with a lot of the Jets higher draft picks since 2008, they draft a player and move him into a different position that isn't a good fit and or developmental players. VG, Coples, Pryor (to a certain extent this year), Kyle Wilson & Stephen Hill.

Draft a player and have him play to his strengths.

Also, Idzik's history of drafting injury prone players in College is awful. Idzik sees value in injuried players....I don't.

    I see value
I see value in injured players in the sixth or seventh round. Didn't Andre Ellington fall in the draft because he was hurt during the combine and ran a bad 40?

That's the move Idzik should make not in 9th overall or in the third round.

One expert says Mariotta is a Mark Sanchez with athleticism.

What different position did the Jets move Stephen Hill to?

Give me Cooper. Resign Vick for next year or go sign Carson Palmer. The answer at QB isn't in this draft.

I'm now on Team Cooper. Won't be mad at Mariotta either but I don't think we'll pick high enough for Mariotta anyway.

Really? Where exactly do you see us picking?

    We're 1-8 right now. We're almost a lock for a top-5 if not top-3 pick.

If we won't be high enough for Maroota, want makes you think we'll be high enough for Cooper? We're 1-8, and our head coach may be fired next Monday; I have no idea why you don't think we won't be top 4. And if we are top four, I can almost guarantee you Cooper will be gone before our pick. He may very well go first to Oakland, assuming they end up with the first pick.

I think we still take a QB in 2015, but maybe in the later rounds. Cooper on the Jets? He's going to make anyone under center better.
