I am certainly not content but I don't bail on people at the first sign of trouble. the same fans booing will be the same ones cheering when we win. the fans ran Mark out of town, how's that look now? the fans have run many other out of town. sometimes players/coaches/execs have bad years. it doesn't mean you clean house but b/c we have miserable people as fans whose happiness in life depends on the Jets we need to see these nitwits put up a billboard.

it doesn't matter if they do, this billboard is a waste of money.

I am calm, just embarrassed to call myself a Jet fan around these awful fans and human beings.

I am tired of being associated w/ the nitwits we have s fans. thy always make the fanbase look terrible.

Woody wants a business guy running the show. Look at Neil Glat too...the Jets entire executive team is full of guys with similar backgrounds...none of which relate to picking football players.

The fans did not run Mark Sanchez out of town. Personnel moves are decisions made by people within the Jets. You give the fans way to much credit. And it doesn't look bad now at all. Sanchez played a decent game for a high powered offense in a system where the coach understands offense. Your giving Mark Sanchez way to much credit already. He did a nice job yesterday, thats all.

The only thing that stinks is that Geno looks worse then Mark but that doesnt make Mark good.

the fans ran him out of town.

he played an excellent game for a good team with talent around him just like he did for us when he had talent around him.

You can say it as much as you want. Doesn't make it true.

Sanchez's contract ran him out of town. The Jets had no choice but to release him with the money he was due.

it certainly contributed, that's why we suck. bad organizations allow their fanbase to contribute to decisions. when NYG fans wanted Eli and Coughlin out the Giants didn't listen b/c they have a good organization.

Pretty much this and the fact that he wasn't worth what he was getting paid and the Jets wanted to move on.

If the fans had as much say as people give them credit for it would be a whole different team out there.

He went to a better situation to be a backup...this team still stinks with Sanchez playing QB. It was the right move....the full house cleaning needs to happen though. I hope Sanchez plays well in Philly....that's a good spot for him.

I was in the minority here when I endorsed that the Jets keep Mark for one more year; last year was a shame because of the injury that should have allowed Geno to sit the bench and learn from Mark's experience and mistakes....If at the least, sign Mark for an extension as a quality back-up...

But the Jets and most of the fans had other priorities.....and now we're 1-8 and looking at the past. The present and future is very tumultuous, at best.

Sanchez wasn't healthy last year so its a silly hypothetical. Sanchez was viewed league wide as a backup...he's getting his opportunity now in a better offense with a better coaching staff and a better organization due to a injury. Good for him.

The Jets are dysfunctional because the owners an idiot....blaming the fans is stupid. They dont make personnel decisions or front office hires. They had no say in Idzik being hired and Rex staying...the buck begins and ends with the owner.

The fans didn't run Mark out of town, the Jets awful decisions ran Mark out of town - that includes Rex Ryan, Tannebaum and Idzik. This team under Rex Ryan has been out of the playoffs since 2010. People are miserable because they want the Jets to be a good team, they are sick of the bad decisions, the awful drafts. I have no issue with the billboard as long as it gets Idzik out of town and Woody hires a VP of Football Personnel to oversee the franchise for the rest of my natural born life.

Woody isnt respected in league circles...we do half assed rebuilds because we have problems finding competent people because no one wants to work for Woody...and that's how we end up with non personnel execs making personnel decisions....and also how Terry Bradway is still in charge of college scouting.

the man has been here 2 years and one of his drafts gave us one of the best DTs in the game. you can't evaluate drafts fully for a few years.

who in league circles do you know to make such an outrageous claim?

the Terry Bradway stuff again:rolleyes: so it's Terry's fault we suck now but did Terry get any credit when we were good? stop being typical foolish fans. be better than that.

I think someone would work for the Jets, if Woody gives up the majority if not all personnel control / FO control to the VP. James Dolan isn't highly respected either but he gave up the majority of his power to Phil Jackson. Maybe the same could happen to our franchise.

2 impact players in 2 drafts (out of like 20 picks)
See this is the shit I am talking about Junc, no one in the FO can do no wrong according to you. Terry is a piece of shit along with the majority of the FO.

The years we were good we were built via free agency aka not sustainable success. The drafts since Bradway has either been GM or head of scouting have been poor.

And Woody is a bozo...that's common knowledge. There's no explanation needed there...
