The Sanchez hate is comical now... seriously.

I've always stood steadfast in my belief that MS got a raw deal here with the Jets. I can't help but cheer for the kid, glad to see him doing well.

Well now we're gonna find out about Sanchez once and for all, the excuses stop after this week cause he's in a high-powered offense with a head coach that actually knows offensive football. If he can't do well now he never will.

Yep, I hope he does his best and seizes the opportunity. He will get at least four starts including the Thanksgiving game against Dallas. Thanksgiving day redemption perhaps?

Agree, there is a difference between not believing in the guy is good and just hating on him. These guys just hate this guy, completely, they hope he fails so they can once again lay claim that the vaunted Jets defense (that gave up multiple winning drives), carried Sanchez for those two playoff seasons.

But right now the box score is:
    Sanchez - 1
    Haters - 0

Because what he did yesterday was sufficient and enough to get a road victory.

Not really, what he does going forward won't change all the good things he did for us even if whiny Jet fans couldn't appreciate it but yesterday's game was just a preview of what is to come. He was outstanding in a tough spot.

Haven't you learned anything on this site? Stats don't mean anything if you haven't seen the games, unless you are talking about Hall of Famers.

Woody Johnson, Rex Ryan, John Idzik and Geno Smith are (1-8) and pathetic.

Mark Sanchez is now the Starting QB for the High Powered Offense, NFC East Leading, (6-2), Philadelphia Eagles.

    Sometimes life is fair.

Well, lets not be overly dramatic about it. Good for Sanchez, he's got a great opportunity, lets hope he makes the most of it and does well enough that he doesn't end up on the fucking Bills.

my nightmare is he ends up on Buffalo or Miami. if he plays well and Philly makes a run I can see them signing him longterm.

What will you all say when he inevitably sucks and they go to Barkley until Foles returns? Stop hyping one game in which he was only average. The Eagles have always run a QB friendly system even when Reid was there.

Sanchez played well. This doesn't prove he's a starting quarterback but as the backup he did what he needed to do.

Debates are over now. Geno Smith was clearly worse than Mark Sanchez. That debate is over. Is he a starting QB? That debate is over too, as now he will be starting for an extended time in Philly. He will then show if he is capable or not on the field. He will show he is more than capable. He will be on National TV too as the Eagles play on Monday Night this week and on Thanksgiving against the Cowboys. Good luck to Mark.

Still threw two picks yesterday. But if Sanchez goes on and plays well...at least we can really diagnose the root of the Jets problems...and that's Rex Ryan.

I dont want to get in a giant pissing war over Sanchez, so I'll just keep this short and uncontroversial lol.

He's in a damn good situation. Signing with Philly was a good decision, and he had a decent game last night. Made some nice throws and made some not so nice throws. I wouldnt be shocked if he looked better in Philly than he ever has in NY. Kudos to Mark for a solid game.

But if you watched the game......

Haha, but seriously, the first one was on the receiver. I didn't see the second one.
