The safeties aren't that bad. Landry's probably an average strong safety, and Pryor is a rookie with a ton of talent.
Eh, no one really trades up into the top 5 anymore after the RGIII fiasco. Only way they worry me is if they somehow think Bortles is a bust and take another QB in the top 5 (very, very unlikely).
Lets say Oakland's 1st, Jacksonville 2nd, Jets 3rd and Tampa Bay 4th. It wouldn't cost that much for Tampa Bay to just swap picks with Jacksonville and they'd do it because it'd be totally worth it getting their franchise QB.
