Foles has thrown 4 interceptions in the last 2 games tough on Foles as of late but I think he will bounce back. According to reports - Foles is still taking all first team reps. If any speculation truly began, it would be because Mark is getting 1st team reps.
Foles is the starter and will get all the reps but if he keeps struggling and they start losing they could make a change.
Not off hand, every week or so I read the Philly sports clippings and you see stuff mentioned, but it's mostly in passing or when Foles has had a bad game. Most of them always note that Sanchez has always been turnover prone as well so most of it is just reactionary or trying to stir controversy.
Mark has never played in an offense like Philly's w/ weapons like they have. he wouldn't be Foles 2013 like but he wouldn't be turning it over 2 times a game either
Philly was trying to boost talk for a possible trade, didn't happen of course. If the Eagles were really that high on Sanchez he would have come in for a few snaps early this season when Foles was knocked woozy, not to replace but just to let Foles get his feet back under him. Didn't happen, didn't even get his helmet on...
they were not trying to boost talk for a trade. they are a SB contender and if Foles goes down or struggles they know they have a backup they can win with.
I'd take that bet, if I thought there was a chance of Mark starting any time soon. Philly is running a 60% passing attack this year as opposed to the 50/50 attack they ran last year. The last game Foles threw 62 passes to only 26 rushes. I'd be willing to bet that in those same circumstances Sanchez puts up 3 picks in that game....pressure was coming at Foles and Sanchez was always at his worst under pressure.
Lol yeah the guy who threw 2 picks all season can throw 9 picks so far this year in the same offense but there's no way Mark Sanchez would be doing that. LOL
This is like the Philadelphia cast of the "Sanchez sucks, just sucks…..all complaints about Mark Sanchez here" thread.
