I think Woody likes Rex because of his early success and the attention it created and the fact that he made the Jets relevant again, but now we are a joke and have been for years ,Rex is done

I'm so tired of hearing how we need to keep Rex because players don't quit on him and love playing for him.
I'm not sure, "my players love me" on a resume should be a top prerequisite for hiring a HC.

Well, Ryan seems to have failed at making fine wine out of the bilge water he was given but as much as I've been in his corner, I can't say it looks like he's gotten his team ready for a bunch of games this season. He has cut way back on the penalties from the early games and every guy on the team wants him there but somehow that's just not enough. I probably have more patience than the average guy here but I'm not really sure he could ever get the job done with the tools he's been given. Funny, I felt the same way about Pete Carroll twenty years ago.

Cowhers done. He can make more money and work less hours scratching his balls and talking about football than coaching it. He shouldn't be talked about here anymore.

Yeah, why does everyone think he IS a defensive genius. The jets have given up the most points in the league at the half way point of the season

an maybe, just maybe, there are not too many people all that willing to jeopardize their future coaching career with the idiots at the helm of this franchise.

Rex needs to be gone sooner than later. He has over stayed his welcome. Every week it's the same upside down world of missed coverages, wasted timeouts and endless penalties. None of these problems appear to be addressed in practice they just come back and haunt the team like a bad horror movie.

Decker was quoted after the game "We're not a bad football team, we just do stupid stuff".

    Gee I wonder why.

I do not know how anyone could look at the Jets and see a well coached team, talent or no talent

Rex is the least of our problems. Can't win w/ Geno Smith and that QB was forced upon Rex and forced Rex to get rid of a QB he knew he could win with.

There is no discipline and no accountability. Rex, has to go. He probably could careless about the impending firing. It shows on the field, lack of preparation for games and overall defeatist attitude; accepting losing as the norm.

such a fucking stupid argument and I am so fucking sick and tired of it. For a Rex Ryan team to be above average only required the Jets to have the best OL in the country, the #1 and #2 CBs in the entire NFL at the time, well above average receiving corps, strong defensive line and the best ST coordinator in football. Fuck Rex. He is a fucking horrible head coach
