Speaking of the Steelers, they are beating o Indy 42-34. It has been a fun game to watch. Something I really, really miss.
Yep the KC game should be another L......not so sure about Pitt. In the bigger picture I dont c better than 4-12 this year.
that's what happens when you have a franchise QB - you are rarely entirely out of a game - so jealous of fans of teams like the Patriots that have enjoyed having that top tier guy under centre for so many years - could we not get a good QB just once? by the law of averages surely it must be our turn next
CBS showed someone with a T shirt during the game and it read "just end the .........." Anyone recall what that was??
There were so many great moves by the FO this offseason it must be hard to isolate just one for mentioning.
No shit.....what do the colts and packers have on us.? I mean manning to luck and Favre to Rodgers .....could u imagine.
I would say its more luck than skill. the niners have drafted incredibly well and yet they passed on Rodgers to take Smith.
Well, I dunno about luck since sometimes, you have to make your own like the Colts did to get Andrew Luck. The Niner's may have just wiffed but they hit more often than we do on their picks.
that's what I am saying - its not about who drafts well when it comes to the QB position, you just have to be lucky, and this is the unluckiest franchise in the NFL (save maybe for the Browns).
I would love to see the Jets pull off something as machiavellian as to dump an entire season to get the top pick in the Draft that happened to be a can't miss QB prospect. I doubt if they'd have the will to do it though.
