Exactly, its not trolling if their is zero intent. They have yet to prove of any "intent", its like the Islam stuff, I voiced my opinion, they called it trolling. Just because you dont agree with my views on Islam doesn't mean I am "trolling". Another example would be the Ebola thread, I brought up Dr. Pianka's claim in 2006 of airborne Ebola killing off 90% of the population, I brought up this story YEARS ago, no one said a word about it, no one called it "trolling", but now its trolling because they said its trolling. No its actually 100% relevant to the conversation, just because you don't believe its true doesnt mean I was trolling when I posted it. And lastly, they are out their claiming that I am seeking attention, first off I have 90% of you on ignore, secondly, YOU GUYS keep bringing my name up, look at this topic.....Beastbeach brought my name up but then proceeded to say I was seeking attention? Really? how am I seeking attention when you are the one constantly talking about me? What's worse is I have these folks on ignore, ill post in a topic, suddenly the normal people are getting mad at me because the topic is apparently about me, so I am like huh, what the hell are they talking about? then I click "show ignored content", and their are multiple posts about me coming from my trolls/haters. So topics are getting derailed because my trolls/haters are talking about me, and I cant even see it.....and as a result the normal folks are getting mad at me because my name is being discussed. Although I will admit, for the past 3-4 weeks a lot of the drama has died down, until Beastbeach brought this crap up again, along with Displacedfan.

I'm new to this board but 7 posts deep it was Byz that gave me some hazing. Started with him wanting to kill me then turned into me OD'n on H in a bathtub with my Namath jersey on, Flight Crew bitches all around and Byz having a tailgate with a charity bucket to get a new "Fireman Ed". So it's guys like this that make this board fun. We're Jets fans the Fuck, Shit, and Asshole is part of who we are.
The last 4-6 weeks, the controversy has practically disappeared. All this BS stems back to the Darren Sharper thread from last February, that is where two certain individuals decided to target me, and have been on a "holy war" (as one of them called it) to get me off this forum. Recently though Jstokes has shut it down, ill give him that, but a couple other individuals still keep making attacks. And personally it does not bother me Brooklyn, it really doesn't, but I have to defend myself when I have the normal posters getting angry at me because the haters keep derailing every topic I post in(which I dont even see their posts because they are all on ignore).
If it is I'm very sorry about that! But I don't have any beef with anyone on the board… maybe some of the Bills and Pats fans.
That's the problem with these secretive bans, how is anyone supposed to know what the rules are or where the "line" is? You can't even see when posters are banned anymore. Is the point just to punish posters that the mods don't like? I got a 2 week ban recently for a who gives a shit post, a week after the fact, either because some idiot reported it, or the 50 year old wannabe DJ just felt like taking some of his frustrations out.

It makes sense if you think about the bottom line. I understand this might be a controversial post and could get me in trouble, whatever. Those operating the site need to think about the bottom line goals though. That's getting "clicks", new members, new attention to the site overall. Soxx, with his stupid, pathetic shit does just that. It gets people responding. Draws people in, etc. all good for the bottom line despite being annoying and stupid for the rest of us. So he's not going to get banned for just that even though it is just ridiculous. It's like ESPN making an over the top insane post in their Jets blog. The attention there is good for ESPN. It was the same thing here when the Tebow freaks were here they were good for the bottom line. Abysmul on the other hand for all his cool and funny posts can be tough on new people especially and his ball busting is not for everyone. I imagine there are a lot of Pansies crying to the mods about him and the mods have to think about whether he is causing people to leave or not post. That's why he gets banned while soxx continues his stupid song and dance. It's not about quality of posts unfortunately or any clearly defined rules that your post was talking about. I mention all of this but I want to finish by saying I don't blame the sites decision makers for any of that. I always think of this place like a bar and I would never be pissed at a bar owner for not kicking a clown out for saying stupid shit. I also would be surprised if a bar owner didn't kick out a patron that is tough on new customers. And I wouldn't expect a bar owner to have clearly defined rules.they can kick out whoever the hell they want.
Being a Newbie that Byz was tuff on I knew I joined the right site. He had my respect right off the bat. I do understand that not everybody can take that ish but this is a JETS FAN board right???
You're always going to have a rotating pool of random Jets fans coming and going to the site and I find it hard to believe that abyzmul being mean to them, or someone telling them to go die in a fire is going to have a significant impact either way. When you go down the road of banning posters that have been here forever then you start driving other long time posters away and that seems worse to me in the long run than losing a few randoms.
I don't know why your peeps dislike Soxxx. I think he is an excellent substitute for laxative... figuratively speaking.
