Such a disappointing year so far. We all looked at the schedule when it first came out and we all said pretty much the same thing: The Jets have to find a way to survive weeks 2 - weeks 7 (@Packers - @NE). Many people talked about the Jets getting to something like 4-4 by the midpoint of the season, and then making a run from there. But, we failed. We lost every one of those "tough games" on our schedule. And what makes it worse is that we coughed up several of those games. We have snatched defeated from the jaws of victory at least twice (and possibly three times) so far. And now, we are two weeks shy of Halloween, and our season is fucking over. And it sucks . . . a lot.
10 TDs against 5 INTS, and 6.5 YPA. NO lost fumbles. 88 QB rating. Progressed every year. Put it this way, the Dolphins aren't drafting a QB this year. _
Exactly and the Bengals should continue to falter. Jets just need to focus on Buffalo, thats all you can do right now right?
This thread has the marinated look of the troll flood gates being opened. Seriously, posting the division standings as a basis for a discussion? Is this a Pats fan, or a Bills fan?
Yes, but in order to even entertain the idea of being a playoff team this year, you have to believe that this team is capable of winning 8 out of its last 9 games.
That just stupid. Everything Rex does good is luck but when it bad that him. Look at the roster that will tell u a lot about why we r 1-6 and plus the schedule we have played. We was only out of one game that damn good coaching for what he has to work with.
yeah those stats didn't take into account this week, which he destroyed the shittiest defense maybe ever. the bears are without jon bostic (WHO IS AWFUL), Fuller, Tillman, and more. that game is an anomaly
Usually it takes till November to achieve this level of suck around here. Wins from here out will just piss off half the fanbase.
So I guess my assertion that Tannehill is "playing pretty well" is totally bullshit and he stinks. 2:1 TDs to INTS, 6.5 YPA, 7 YPR, on pace for 3800 yards, zero fumbles lost, 88 Quarterback Rating. Got it. _
yea we will see when he faces the bills (who already made him look bad), the broncos, the ravens, the lions, and the jets if he's actually good. not exactly difficult to look good against the bears, packers, and raiders. he's a bottom tier starting QB in this league
We are exactly where I expected us to be. So actually it is not really that discouraging. It won't be long until this team flat out quits on Rex, but if I am wrong we will have Woody in the locker room popping champagne that we get to keep Rex longer.
