Won't be long until the Huffington Post either starts writing articles about Ebola's civil rights or that the Ebola virus is racist for killing Africans; whichever it ca get more idiots to side with.
The key thing here is will the virus mutate and become airborne. They don't "expect" it to, but nothing can be foreseen. All it takes is one lapse, and that seems to be allowing the nurse to fly to Cleveland. A representative from Missouri grilled the CDC Director and asked him if it can only be spread through physical contact, then why are we decontaminating the plane? Public perception? The CDC Director said they have guidelines, when in reality they are just as fearful that this thing could mutate and become something stronger. The outbreak in West Africa has advanced in 4 months in a way it hasn't advanced in 500-1000 years. IF it doesn't mutate, we should be able to control it, but anything can happen really.
Really the key question here is whether Ebola is going to mutate into a form that can infect a cornflake. Now that would totally suck because I love cornflakes and having to look at each cornflake with suspicion would ruin my breakfast serenity. If Ebola was passed on a plane recently that would be the first recorded case of this happening and the event would more likely be related to the carrier joining the Mile-high Club than to the virus itself mutating. Now, if we see many cases come off of a plane that an infected person was on we can start worrying at that point because the odds on a Mile-high orgy occurring are even lower than the odds on Ebola mutating in this way.
Mutate? So in a 3rd world country with 1 doctor it only spreads via fluids. But in a more healthy nation it suddenly mutates into an aerosolized version? I call BS,or bio weapon.
A managers friend. 100% truth, I dont personally know anyone that works in the hospitals, so I cant comment. Im just relaying what I was told today =/
Like what Eric Pianka said? an airborne mutation that will kill off 90% of human population.....like what I says on the Georgia Guidestones......? And then we had this less than a month ago: http://vigilantcitizen.com/sinistersites/new-strange-2014-addition-georgia-guidestones/ The alteration of the Georgia Guidestones. Coincidence Ebola came to America around the same time? Don't know
they're watching it mutate rapidly over there. that's a fact. it's unlikely it ever becomes airborne but it IS a possibility. the longer it rages out of control the more chances it has to make that mutation. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencet...t-effective-future-vaccines-experts-warn.html
