Which is exactly our chance. Look, I get having draft picks and building through it, but if we have a chance to trade up into the number one or two spot to grab a guy like Mariota, we gotta take it. We had our chance picking twelve times last year. Now it's time to sign some free agents and make a big move up to grab a QB. I can't take this Geno Smith shit anymore. Watching him QB this offense is making me sick now, just knowing he will fuck up at least once per game and usually right when we need him not to.

We're not getting the first pick because of record. Believe me. If you think we will win less games than Oakland, Jacksonville, Tennessee, you're dreaming. We will likely fall between 5-8. But, we can easily trade for the first pick next draft. Oakland and Jacksonville will likely look to trade out of 1 or 2. They both have their QB and frankly, there is no real talent to take that high outside of QB. That's our window. We need to take advantage of that and move in. We need a QB. We need a QB. We need a QB.
That's what I'm afraid of. Last year we had 12 picks and picked every single time. Granted, reports are claiming he did try trading up, but we didn't move. Will he covet this year's picks the same? My theory is, you used every single pick last year. You don't get many more picks than 12. It's time to make moves. If his drafts are gonna be like last year every year, I'm done with this franchise.
