David Nelson being out just confirms the belief he should not have been on the field last week. How Marty used him early in the game as a go to threat on the sidelines was laughable given his injury and his lack of speed/separation to even begin with.
You go more with the tight ends and Kerley. Give Kerley the Welker role and he's shown he can make plays. You really don't need 5 receivers.
Decker better a grow a pair and suck it up. Make Denver miss him, (even though they wont because Sanders is a clear upgrade).
Guess we might be seeing a lot of rushing and double TE sets. Sudfeld came out of trips the other day I seem to remember too
I'd really like to see a couple of big pass plays to Decker, put some points on the board early and give the Jets D something to play for.
I think we need to run it down their throats keep manning off the field....ivory 2nd in league in ypc but u no he will only get to run it 10 times
Absolutely. Run it, throw it - whatever it takes. I was thinking a couple of early bombs to Decker because it's unexpected since Geno has been rather shaky lately.
It sucks he's been injured but, even so Decker is still our most productive receiver. It would be awesome to watch him have an epic game and you know he wants to against the Broncos especially.
He has to, simple as that. If Decker does not have a big game, we are not going to win. He needs to come up big, so does Ivory, so does Geno Smith. No turnovers, just play football, and operate like an NFL offense, like the offense we kinda saw the first couple weeks.
Agree with you a hundred percent. Plus, no bonehead penalties. The Jets might have had a few wins had it not been for the array of blunders they've achieved.
The only way they can win is if Manning throws left-handed and the Jets can legally have 12 men on the field.
