soon as we started Steve Adams and Caron Butler we cooked them. Forced them to stop double teaming and trapping so much but they tried to stick with it and got cooked in return. Same exact thing happend vs Memphis 1st round.. Scott Brooks is so dumb it takes him way too long to figure out the obvious.
Lmaoooo... HEAT?!! Spurs had their hot streak thats over. I highlllly doubt they shoot that well again this season. Teams get their hot streak it happens, i remember 2011 Dirk and the mavs did the same thing to teams throughout the playoffs... nobody in the league can stop a team shooting in the 70% range thats just insane. We'll see though man..
Facts. Idk whats up with scotty brooks man... like RUN PLAYS bro lol... we're out there playing pick up games n shit.
Yes, Saint Riles shall put the rings on the table and convince Mr. Durant to come to Miami. And unlike that self proclaimed king in Cleveland, he will stay and lead a new era of dominance for us, leading to the NBA to change the rules yet again to stop the Heat.
Are you one of those Heat fans that know you really dont wanna like the heat anymore but your sticking to it for pride/rep? Or you a DWade fan? Either way...your dreaming. KD will most likely go to Houston or Washington. Toronto might get looked at..
I've been Heat fan for nearly two decades, and I was raised in Miami Dade. Of course, I am a huge Wade fan , sinec he has done so much for our franchise. To be honest I've never seen any Heat fan hate Wade, I'm rooting for the Heat, because they were and always the NBA team I rooted for. Do I honestly think KD will come here? No, but I wouldn't rule it out, especially when you consider our track record. One thing I've learned as a Heat fan is to NEVER count out Riley.
No damnit i was supposed to start this thread. The regular season won't be here for a few more weeks! Mods! Mods!
That's one of the main things I'm hanging my hat on this year. Steven Adams at the end of the year, into the playoffs REALLY started showing up, and showing major improvement quite quickly. He was at least statistically playing well in the Summer league, and is off to a very good start in the pre-season. I think he will be known as one of the best big men at the end of this year. The only thing that could be better, would be for Perk to get cut. I can't stand that guy. The only way he helps the team, is by pissing the other team off. Besides that, he just fouls out, and limps around at sloth pace. You can try to convince the other guys here that the Thunder is a very serious threat. I find it almost pointless though. We hardly get any respect from the Heat, and Spurs fans. We swept the Spurs 4-0 in the regular season, then almost beat them with no Ibaka, then injured Ibaka. Before last year, we beat them in the playoffs too. Now they are older, we are getting even further into our prime. As for the Clippers, we beat them fair and square with worse coaching, which according to everybody else is SO important. Somehow though we were just given that series for free. News to me. I know we didn't do anything in the off-season besides get Morrow, but the 2nd team will be good enough. The team has been being built thru the draft, and coming together slowly, but nicely. Instead of talking big game, I'm just patiently waiting for the season to get here. Anything you say to Byz, or Soxxx will just get a "well we won the championship" reply, so I wouldn't bother personally. They have the right to say that. You know we'd be saying the same thing.
Facts. Steve Adams is having another good outing tonight. Another 1st half 15 pts. Im excited for this year. RING!!!!
Right he is a monster. He is a big part of why everything ran smoothly last year while westy was away. I'm going to be pissed if we just let him go for nothing, or next to it, just like Harden.
Yeah i honestly wouldn't even mind if he started. Him & Russ both just play as combo guards. Idk why we have Sebastian Telfair but i guess he'll run the backup PG if that happens. Telfair Lamb Morrow Collison PJ3 & Perkins Adams McGary... the bench is decent.
Jeremy Lamb will be a big part of the success of the 2nd team. Perry Jones will as well. Those are 2 guys I'm really hoping step it up. It could be the difference in getting to the ship and going home.
Marc J. Spears @SpearsNBAYahoo 22s22 seconds ago The Thunder say Kevin Durant has a Jones fracture in his right foot that requires surgery and he is expected to be out 6-8 weeks.
