I'm assuming Rex is gonna keep dialing up those dumbass jail break blitzes on 3rd down and we turn it over 2 times. The overloads and zone blitzes aren't working, if we have any shot in hell in this game he calls a more conservative game and we can somehow run the ball.
Lol nothing is working, Walls and Milliner have probably been our most reliable cover guys and that's saying a lot. We can't blitz or play coverage without getting scorched, we just don't have the personnel the weaknesses are too glaring.
When the strength of your team is the DL you shouldn't even have to blitz to generate pressure and can be much more creative with 7 or 8 in coverage. I don't understand why we blitz so much. Although Harris is garbage in coverage.. we don't exactly need him covering anyone and we have him playing 3 downs sometimes. It's requisite for Wilkerson/Richardson/Coples and Pace/Babin to push the pocket for majority of a game without the back seven. All the elite QBs are able to deal with the overload as our coverage isn't able to keep up. We better not see Harris covering Julius Thomas.
