I still have 2 unopened bottles of that Jet wine from 2009, was hoping I'd be uncorking them some time this decade. Does not look promising.

I like Rex a lot. But it's time to move on. I think Idzik is anyway.

We need to be looking for an offensive minded HC to match what some of these other teams do nowadays. Then look to draft a QB who can be brought along and developed the right way.

We haven't had an offensive minded HC since pre Parcells. Kotite I believe.

You bought 2 bottles of vinegar.

Decent wine right after you buy it, turns into picking juice soon after.

Or a reflection of an entire team, including coaching staff, that's really gripping right now. Every man out there is trying to do more than they can with usually ends in disaster. A relaxed team that's playing well doesn't make these kinds of mistakes on a regular basis. A 1-4 team in full panic mode makes them every 3 downs.

Replace everyone in the office with people off the streets for the remainder of the season.

Even with 2 bottles of vinegar Parcells would make a nice meal. Rex would use it on his wife's feet ; )

I'm proud of Abyz for not turning his own thread into a "We need an offensive minded HC that will finally see the talent we have in Simms and give him a shot". Atta boy byz. Keep up the solid work.

Don't I have to wear spiked shoulder pads to do that?

You can't truly believe that. Rex is not a good head coach on any level whatsoever.

Yes, Kotite was "offensive." Don't know about "minded" though.

Sounds like a lame duck coach to me.

lol. don't worry, we'll be giving up 40+ next week.

There's more than one good defensive coach in the NFL. Rex is not some untouchable defensive God. I'm sure someone else can figure out how to work with a front 7 including Wilkerson, Richardson and Coples.
