Power play units: Chris Kreider-Derick Brassard-Mats Zuccarello with Ryan McDonagh and Dan Boyle on the points Anthony Duclair-Marty St. Louis-Rick Nash with Lee Stempniak and Dan Girardi on the points
So something like this. If St. Louis sticks at center to start the season, I think those will be the top two lines to start the season. Kreider-Brass-Zucc Nash-St. Louis-Duclair Malone-Miller-Stempniak Glass-Hayes-Fast
Hagelin takes Malone's spot and Dom Moore takes Hayes spot. Thats your lineup for the first game if everyone remains injury free until then. Don't think Lombardi will crack the lineup, but I think he makes it as the 13th forward because he's versatile enough to play all three positions and he can PK.
Not the only one, but I don't think the majority will boo him. I won't boo or cheer. He's indifferent to me. Gave the team a number of very good years but his need for more money than he deserved made me sour on him towards the end.
He gambled and lost, and because of that we got Marty and a SCF run He was a heart and soul Rangers guy - I'll be cheering for him before the game, and that will be that
Malone has great hands for a big guy, scored the tying goal in the 3rd and the winning goal in the shootout...Hayes stick handled around Patrick Kane in his own zone
He gambled and lost on the contract, but I don't think he's that upset about us getting to the SCF. He's with a Lightning team that could very easily get to the SCF in the next couple of years.
Alright Boys, it's prediction time. Forwards: Brassard, Zuccarello, Kreider, Miller, Nash, Hagelin, St. Louis, Duclair, Fast, Moore, Malone, Glass, Stempniak, Mueller Defensemen: McDonagh, Girardi, Staaal, Boyle, Klein, Moore, Hunwick Goalies: Lundqvist, Talbot AV was quoted in the post-game today saying he's strongly considering putting Stepan on LTIR (which means he has to sit out for a minimum of 10 games) in order to carry 14 forwards.
I think they'll keep 12 forwards. Kreider-Brassard-Zuccarello Duclair-St. Louis-Nash Hagelin-Miller-Fast Glass-Moore-Stempniak McDonagh-Girardi Staal-Boyle Moore-Klein Hunwick Lundqvist Talbot
Anthony Duclair — Martin St. Louis — Rick Nash Chris Kreider — Derick Brassard — Mats Zuccarello Carl Hagelin — J.T. Miller — Kevin Hayes Ryan Malone — Dominic Moore — Lee Stempniak Ryan McDonagh — Dan Girardi Marc Staal — Dan Boyle John Moore — Kevin Klein
wonder how many minutes Duke is going to get. I bet he's on a short leash but I hope I'm wrong. Definitely will be better than with Torts, he would have been the towel boy
