Last WR on jets to have 1000 yard season

    we have not had a 1000 yard receiver since 2007, i legally could not buy a beer when they last had one…

    as it looks right now, we won't have one again this year….if I'm not mistaken, i think jacksonville is the only team with a longer 1000 yard wr drought…

    Braylon had close to 1,000 in 2010.

    I think Decker is on pace for like 800 something and he's been banged up. He could potentially get there if things break right.

    1,000 yards is just a number but I understand the frustration. That's what happens when you have bad QB play.

    Seattle Seahawks didn't have a 1,000 yard receiver last season either. Not saying we are going to win SB,but you don't need one to win games.

    Way too early to say Decker wont get there. Hes miss halfs in 2 games and played banged up. Hes a big play guy. He could easily have a couple games where he breaks a good amount over 100. I also dont think 1000 yards is really all that great anymore.

    Do you know what's worse? The Jets have NEVER had a 100 reception receiver in their entire history. That means more to me than 1,000 yds.
