We need to start Vick next week. This is Vick stat line against San Diego last year

23/36, 428 yards, 2 passing TDs, and 34 rushing yards plus a rushing TD.

I'll gladly take this over the CRAP we have right now.

I have no idea what is next. There is so much wrong with team right now but at least most of the players give a shit. Only thing that might appease the fans is if Woody fires Rex now. But Marty would still be here. We are fed.

I disagree with the bold. I don't think have a lot of needs; we just have to start addressing the few we have.

Sorry. I should rephrase that. Outside of Geno, the players are fine. The owner, the coach, the OC, the GM. They are complete twats.

"God, I love Rex Ryan..." Why? Do you like a glorified cheerleader running a team? As you state, clock management is a concept Rex has never comprehended. THE JETS HAVE GREATLY REGRESSED UNDER REX RYAN, PEOPLE. He inherited a good roster in 2009-2010, but the jets have gotten worse under Rex. Three consecutive non-winning, non-playoff seasons and all but assured a 4th after this year. I repeat WHY do you love Rex Ryan?

Vick turns the ball over at a huge rate, but he scores. He makes plays and scores.

Something Geno seems to have forgotten

I am officially done with him. I think we lose to SD and the world implodes. Idzik looks to rebuild the franchise with a new coach and probably a new QB in 2015.

Bring in the animal killer/abuser, and no its not hypocritical for me to call him that because I have never abused an animal other than the altercation I had with the groundhog.

No it was not him solely. Tanny had a huge hand in the jar as well because with the roster changes as we destroyed another young QB with minimizing the talent around him year by year after 09

Edit: Can we stop always wanting to draft QB's when it's clearly just a poor surrounding crew that is also been hurting our offense for years? This team needs to build and solidify the OL year after year; while slowly drafting and signing skill players to fill the roles required in a offensive scheme. THEN i can agree on bringing on the challenge of growing a QB.

P.S New coaching will be required IMO for this team to grow the fuck up

Isn't that the approach we took with Sanchez?

No. I want every pick to be a QB until we find our Brees or Rodgers. Its that important

No he landed on a team fit to support a young QB and we mortgaged our entire future away on trades for some really key players I can agree; But also wasted picks on projects and didn't have any picks to fucking begin with to fill the spots of Faneca, Woody, Moore, LT, T. Jones, B. Edwards, K. Jenkins, J. Cotchery, T. Richardson...etc as they began moving on and retiring If you for one min think that Sanchez's team around him grew rather then fell apart/regressed I might be blind.

And continually have marginal players surrounding him to make those extraordinary plays we know D.Nelson and J. Jarrett can make. But hey thats your philosophy I believe you build this way

FROM THE FOOTBALL OUT. QB can't do shit without people WITH TALENT around him and protecting him
    merely my opinion

Well I meant the bold. Didn't know your original point also included keeping said team together to grow with the young QB.

Isn't the end game to progress from that point of landing a QB in a good spot for one year? I'm looking for more then just a flash in the pan and as everyone else I too thought that after 09/10 we had a chance to grow ...

What did Amari Cooper ever do to you? Why do you want to ruin that otherwise fine kid?

I have to agree here...Indianapolis is a 4-5 win team without Andrew Luck...with him there are a 10-12 win team...for a god damn change I want THAT as a QB. I don't care if we have to draft a QB every single year for the next decade to get it done...THAT is what I want!
