For as much as Geno turning it over in the 2nd half didn't help obviously, the Jets still outscored the Lions 14-7 in the 2nd half. That conservative garbage play calling in the 1st half though is what really cost us the game. FIVE three and outs in a row. That's ridiculous.

I would much rather watch Geno turn the ball over 2 times every game and atleast get us up and down the field and give us a bunch of chances for points then just watch Marty send the offense out there to die.

This is now three games in a row now Marty has made horrible decisions and has cost us games. Sick of his shit, more than anyone right now.

The leader of the Geno fan club is obviously very mad.

everyone needs to go - the entire team pretty much sucks - sack everyone who isn't a defensive tackle and start over.

Marty needs to go. Get the fuck out of here with this blame game bullshit!!

The problem is Geno fuckin Smith! It's not MM. It's Geno Smith who sucks a fat cock.

Apparently, simplifying the offense for Geno was very effective.

He is also part of the problem. Ivory is a battering ram being used as a pass catcher. CJ is a pass catcher being used as a battering ram.

Yeah, Ivory really wasn't being used properly lol

Give me a break. He had 60 yards in the first drive of the game. He finished with 84 yards averaging over 4 ypc.

The problem is Geno Smith and Geno Smith only.

Bingo. Add hiding Salas because of a TD drop vs Oakland until David Nelson got hurt and refusing to use Jalen Saunders on offense when Decker was out and Marty has had a dud year 2 so far.

Salas for two games now has had big plays to set us up for something big, find a way to get the ball into his hands, even if its not by Geno. The Vikings found a way to get Cor. Patterson the ball despite their inconsistent QB play, while Salas doesn't have Patterson's gamebreaking ability, you have to find a way to get someone who has been playing well the past 2 games the ball.

I do not disagree. The Jets offense is a combination of things going wrong

You're kidding yourself if you think using Ivory as a pass catcher is seeing him properly utilized.

Powell has better hands than Ivory and don't get me started on how underused Powell has become. Powell will find a new home next year and be a solid if not very good no.2 back for somebody and be a key contributor for someone else.

LMAO. Like I said, Geno fucked up in the 2nd half but when you put him in a situation where he is down 14 points against the #2 defense in the NFL, what else do you expect.

Honestly I hope they put Vick in at this point, so this fanbase can open their eyes to the real problems with this team. You have an offensive coordinator that every single game now coaches 1 good half and 1 terrible half, and refuses to keep feeding Ivory when he is clearly the best RB on the team. You have an O-Line that is letting defenders get pressure on Smith on nearly half of his passing plays. You have a secondary that has ZERO INTERCEPTIONS this year. Your #2 receiver (Nelson) has 50 yards in 4 games this year.

I will be the 1st to say Geno hasn't played as good as I hoped, but Jet fans acting like putting Vick in and drafting Mariotta later will fix our issues and just as delusional as Rex and the Jets right now.

Ivory has had 5 receptions this year. You're delusional if you think he's being used as a pass catching back.

And to top it off, he's averaging 11 yards per reception.

I'm with SH here. This is as much on Marty as Geno, if not more.

He is being used as a receiving back. He's just dropping 2 every game ;)

He's a liability as a pass protector and is inconsistent as a checkdown option. He is very good for YPC, that's never been his problem. He does not have reliable hands, why use him there and not use Johnson. Johnson had 1 drop Monday night, you should be using Johnson's speed on the outside to your advantage. That's why he is on the team.

We act like Chris Ivory is Darren Sproles.

lets not get ahead of ourselves with marty.

first we need to get a new owner who isn't clueless and after him, we need a whole new coaching/scouting/training/etc. staff. lets not single out the bottom dwellers who shouldn't have the authority they have simply because there bosses are clueless.

Ivory had 2 catches and 4 drops the entire season in 2013. Ivory shouldn't even be out there on passing plays, just like how Chris Johnson should not be used on any power running plays.

The only positive I will give Marty the entire game is he finally figured out that Amaro is better then Cumberland.
