Found this article about how Calvin Johnson hasn't practiced for the second straight day and there is a chance he may not be %100.This could be huge for us if he doesn't play or isn't fully healthy

I kind of hope he plays...I paid to see the Jets, but also see the greatness of Calvin being covered by Antonio Allen and Kyle Wilson

I hear he going to play but he not going to be 100%. He sits out at least one practice a week 100% or not. If he not practicing on Friday then that will tell us something.

He'll be limited. Probably will only show up in the end zone.

You maybe right but I hope he plays because if we win people will just say we only because Johnson didn't play.

I don't see non-Jets fans saying we lost only because of the refs so IDGAF about an asterisk

He actually sits out quite a few practices. No one is worried about CJ losing a step because he didn't practice. Even Schwartz would let him sit out for multiple days if he seemed even a little bit hurt to give him time to recover. The fact that he isn't practicing doesn't concern me yet.

Normally, when CJ plays limited, it usually means limited targets, not snaps. At least that's what has happened in the past. Just being on the field at all opens up opportunities for the rest of the offense. With Detroit having more legitimate targets this year, that makes a pretty big difference. Teams can't simply get lax on covering CJ because he isn't 100%, because even a 60-70% Calvin Johnson can hurt you if you let up on him.

He could play on one leg and probably still end up with 100 yards receiving and a TD against our secondary.

Well they would be fools to say such a thing, so I don't know why they would.
