I hate that every single season..EVERY season ends with the Bills, or Dolphins. I get the rule, and it's cool, but personally I'd like to end with New England.
I don't want to end w/ NE b/c that's basically a guaranteed loss but the division games to end the season are silly. It was an overreaction based on our game w/ Indy in 2009 even though it happened 2 years earlier and no one cared.
Now looking at Rex Grossman lol. http://espn.go.com/blog/nflnation/post/_/id/135094/dolphins-to-take-look-at-rex-grossman _
Aaaand they now sign recently retiring QB Brady Quinn, who by now may have played for a fourth of the league lol
So ridiculous! Tannehill is actually a mediocre QB, I don't know why Miami is so hard on him. He has no offensive line, and they don't seem to understand that he can't throw the ball deep. He can be a solid game manager type.
they didn't bring in Quinn to push tannehill, he's the starter. They brought him in b/c their backup is hurt.
I'm about done with Tannehill. He can't stretch the field because he can't hit a deep ball. His ball placement on a lot of throws is poor. He has shit pocket awareness...he will see a blitzer coming and not use his athleticism to avoid it. He routinely gets stuck on his reads, making his throws late. Good athlete, but doesn't have the instincts that a QB needs. I suppose he could impress me by the end of the year but if not I pray the coaching staff is smart enough to draft another guy. Just not Jameis Winston
Dion Jordan suspended another 4 games for drug use lol "The short version is he’ll miss six games this year, instead of four, and is looking more and more like a failed use of the third overall choice in the 2013 NFL Draft." http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...n-gets-another-suspension-this-one-for-drugs/
Another Ireland gem...good thing we have Wake and Vernon and don't really need him but it sure would be nice
Dolphins looking to possibly bench Tannehill lol http://miamiherald.typepad.com/dolp...declines-to-endorse-tannehill-as-starter.html
Miami's problems go way beyond Tannehill. Word is that locker room is still a mess down there. Philbin is probably on the hottest seat possible right now. Imagine if they lose to Oakland in London next week. He might be forced to stay there. But whats the point of having Tannehill chuck the ball 43 times on a day where he obviously didnt have it plus they were averaging 6 yards per carry? The game wasnt out of hand until the final minutes. That is Shotty-on-Christmas-Eve like playcalling right there. Either way they are in big time trouble. Cupcake with the Raiders next week but then they have some hardcore matchups. Im predicting they'll be 4-7 by the time they come into Metlife. To think just 2 weeks ago everyone was on their jock. Maybe the Pats are just not that good too?
"Miami OC. Bill Lazor was asked if Tannehill has regressed based on what his numbers have suggested this season. Lazor replied: "If that's what the numbers say, then it's accurate." lol talk about throwing Tannehill under the bus and then driving it over him.
Been saying it since day one, Philbin is not a good coach. He made his name coaching Rodgers, who was guided by McCarthy. He lost control of his locker room, should have lost his job after last seasons debacle.
You attempt to make fun of Miami, and then hours later you start a thread "Is it time to Bench Geno for Vick?" What an idiot LOL.
I was laughing at the fact that Miami feels the answer to their problems is in benching Tannehill. When the reality of the problem is the coaching staff. You're a fuckin idiot.
Both can be at fault. Although I usually find when you start blaming the OC it means you have shit at QB
