I know Pitt has bandwagon fans all over the country, but man oh man. By the end, Pitt fans were the clear majority, but I think they might've even been the majority in the first half.

They had the "Heathhhhh" thing going whenever Miller caught the ball. Bad sign when the road team has that much support.

It sounded like a Pitt crowd the entire time.

Werent there tons of Steelers fans when they came to Metlife last year too though? Not as much but still.

Their fans travel better than any team in the league. Plus the Panthers have never drawn very well so it probably wasnt anything for tons of Pitt fans to buy up those seats.

I went to our game in Carolina last year and there were a decent amt of Jets fans esp considering it was late in the year and we were a .500 team. I imagine most teams travel decently well there because Charlotte is a very nice city to visit. Off the top of my head, I would say that would be on my list of top cities to travel to for an away game.

So then consider the squealers travel great anyway, it's early season so fans are hyped. No big surprise that turned into a quasi home game. Really kinda shameful on panthers fans part. MNF matchup week 3 for a playoff caliber home team and they let them own their house.

You also have a lot of northeast transplants in the Carolinas.

Man, two games in a row Stanton looks great in. And to think the Jets had him and cut him for Tebow.

Of course that is on Woody, but still imagine if Stanton had stayed with the Jets. They could have played him as a real #2 instead of McElroy, and he might well have made the selection of Smith superfluous.

I don't know what Palmer's prognosis is, but I would imagine some Cardinal fans do not mind if Stanton stays in there.

Let's not get silly (vis-a-vis putting Stanton above Palmer, who won ten games last year), Stanton's upside is Alex Smith. They won games because they have talented receivers, a threat at RB and their D's been surprisingly outstanding even with all the injuries.

But yeah he would have been better than Tebow and 2011 Sanchez.

Haha my accounts shot, probably the last y'all see of me here due to the fact that everything is now loading slower than a dialup connection ONLY when I am logged in.

It took 20 minutes just to get to this page =0.
