I never understood why everybody thought Tampa would be a playoff contender, or an actual playoff TEAM. Mccown has always been horrible. He had a few good games in a certain system last year, and suddenly everybody thought he was the Tampa savior. Glennon is miles better, and only a 2nd year player. I hope he keeps playing now.

In fairness it's not offense that's costing the Bucs this game, the defense was supposed to be the teams strength but they got decimated.

You joking? While the defense has been terrible, Tampas offense has thrown one interception and has had 5 fumbles, 4 of them were lost.

Devin Hester going Deion and high stepping to break the record was the highlight of the game to me.

But hey it's 56-14, you never know

And now NFLN is showing Deion's PR, KR, and INT tds while he is strolling around on the sidelines to make him feel better.

I wasn't watching the game, but saw the one highlight TD. I didn't even realize it was a tribute to Deion until you pointed it out. Wasn't he doing some commentary? Do you know what he said?

Deion is such an insincere dickwad.

I'm so glad Hester high stepped into the EZ.

Lol and then Hester throws him a bone at the end. This was basically Deion trying to make the whole thing about him handing the torch.

    Fuck NFLN too.

Nope, but the defense absolutely getting blown out early put the pressure on the offense to be more aggressive than they're designed to be and the Falcons defense is aggressive and that's not a good combination. This game was basically over when the Falcons scored 21 in the first quarter.

Not saying the offense didn't stink, just saying the main culprit today was what was EXPECTED to be the Bucs strength, their defense.

Who cares, let's talk about me, the worst part about this is that I tried to bet big on the pidgins at like 6pm but the stupid shit was suspended at the time and then I forgot to check in before game time to do it guarantee that never happens when I try to pick the loser!!

Falcons are 2-0 at home. If they can manage to win 6-7 home games they would have a solid shot at the playoffs. They go Minnesota and New York the next two weeks so if they can manage to win a couple road games things are looking for bright for them.

The two games I really am intrigued by this weekend is San Diego vs Buffalo and San Fran vs Arizona. Whoever wins the Buffalo game will really be propelled. The Arizona game, if the Cardinals can get to 3-0 and send the 49ers to 1-2, its going to be bad for the Niners. They could be trailing St Louis to, I expect Seattle to win against Denver.

And something I just realized to, the Bengals will host the Titans, then get a bye week, then New England. While New England gets a MNF game against the Chiefs, so the Bengals will have 2 full weeks to prepare (and should be 3-0) while the Patriots will be on a short week. I was going to admit I was wrong about the Bengals but ill hold off till week 5, everything is aligned for them to go into New England and win.

I agree with you I hate NFL network coverage it's so bad and filled with so many ignorant former coaches & players that are stuck up about their opinions because they played.

Yeah didn't they only have 4 first downs by the 3rd quarter? I fell asleep somewhere around then.

    Yeah.

It was just as much the offense as it was the defense. Fucked up snaps, stupid interception, multiple fumbles by the backs, etc.
