The ironic part of that post is you don't even know what ignorant means.

What people ignore is that we got a call our way in the form of a turnover on Geno's 'intended forward pass.' I'll have to read up on the rule but they interpreted it 'as long as you're trying to throw it forward it doesn't matter where it's going.'

If you don't feel anger from the timeout play then you're not a real fan in my book. You're just a passive observer.

That's not his opinion. He knows they fucked up.

His opinion is, the game did not hinge on that one play.

In my opinion, it clearly did, but he thinks otherwise.

If you don't feel anger about blowing a 17 point lead and your best player laughing as he got ejected and Jordy Nelson running free and clear for 70 yards without being tackled then you're not a real fan in my book. You're just a passive observer.

Well then I stand corrected lol

Not sure how anyone could think the refs did not fuck this one up.

Why can't you just answer the question? Stop avoiding it.

Never said they didn't. In fact they did.

I just don't think THATS what cost us the game.

Its debatable whether his hand was going forward. I think it was, but at least that call was debatable and the point to argue there is whether the ref got the call right or not.

With the time out call, there isn't anything to argue. The ref made an illegal call.

I think the totally missed the TO call 2 ways. After the snap AND not Rex.

They didn't fuck up the 12 men on the field call.

    Agree.

The twelve men on the field call was bullshit, in the sense that they should have swallowed the whistle in this case, but it is a rule. I can't argue against them with the timeout call for not following the rules but then tell them they should have broken them on another instance.

The timeout call was clearly wrong. Whether it directly impacted the game or not is obviously viewed differently, but it was a fucked up call. That was clear.

We fucked up in losing the game. The refs got it wrong big time but I don't feel that was why we lost.

I never blame refs for us losing games.

    But that's just me.

Any time a call like this effects a play, there is a legitimate gripe to be made. I'm not a coach or player, with the threat of fines hanging over my head for a misspoken public word. But its's my complete right as a fan to be emotional over the officials calls.
I am very emotionally annoyed that an official chose to make a call that is just as likely not be called as called. But that that make me wrong?

And am I being irrational? Hardly. I know the Jets blew a big lead. They didn't roll over and die. Two key plays that might have changed the outcome of the game went against them One by virtue of a mistake by the official (the time out) and the other by virtue of a subjective call that you seem to think is due to some mystical coalition of thought between an official and Rodgers (who's being irrational by the way). And since when is it an official's job to help Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady or Peyton Manning win the game

And that's my very rational response to you.

Yes. According to the head ref, as long as the players arm is moving forward, it doesn't matter where it ends up.

Nobody is blaming the refs for the loss. We're blaming them for royally fucking up a situation that resulted in us losing a critical 6 points that we legally earned.
