I think switching is the right term. It's similar to whipping. Bludgeoning would be like with a bat or a brick.
His attorney said he's been cooperating and testified before the grand jury that indicted him on the charges.
I agree. Their backup rb's are very capable. Asiata is a slower but powerful runner and played well in Peterson's absence last year, even scoring 3 TD's in one game, and the other back McKinnon is a raw rookie but very talented and beastly strong. Minnesota always seems to have really solid backup backs.
I think Rex moves faster than Asiata...he's a short-yardage battering ram, that's it. His 3 TD game he had 30 carries for like 50 yards (not exaggerating) Cordarelle will probably lead their team in rushing again this week.
You're probably right. Jail is just time out for adults. Hitting people with a stick when they do things wrong isn't something adults do unfortunately.
Yeah he'll be okay. A lot will come to his support due to their belief that a belt/switch is necessary sometimes.
You're correct but he also had a 114 yard game on 14 carries following that. He'll get most of the play because of his experience but down the road I think McKinnon will start getting more carries.
He'll get his support from many, mainly from the old school crowd. Take some time out, returns to run wild again, all will be forgiven. I learn to not go all crazy when an athlete does something "stupid." Tiger woods, Vick, Kobe, the list goes on
No but i know for a fact those type of ass whoopings happen there all the time i have family down there. Even my grandmother used to say "Y'all got it good now this belt aint nothing our parents used to get the switch or the cord!" AP from the south too i bet he grew up on those type of ass whoopings. But damn, the kid is only 4 yrs old and AP is a giant compared to him, kinda unnecessary IMO.
