I'm not a criminal lawyer but if it were Superior Court in Irvington NJ, I'd advise my client to say "she spit on me" and a jury of his peers would come back with a Not Guilty verdict within 5 minutes

And the judge would likely admonish HER for being a disrespecting bitch.

I really want to drop this but this nationwide idiocy must be contagious. Why on earth does this second video even matter at all? Everybody knew that Rice physically hit his wife and rendered her unconscious. The 2nd video only confirmed that. I was not surprised by ANYTHING in the 2nd video. It was exactly what was described before it was released. I'm likely to believe Goodell actually wanted this 2nd video to be released so that he could use it as an excuse to backtrack. (Terrible excuse as all can see) Regardless of whether that is true, I CANNOT FATHOM why this 2nd video means ANYTHING. Who the hell is buying this?
