I believe so. It counts as 4th down play.

giants game, donnell caught one in the end zone but couldn't stay in bounds

ref makes the juggling sign, which was absolutely not true

clueless announcers said ref was signalling Donnell was out of bounds. Absolutely not. He was out of bounds, but the ref signalled the wrong thing and no one noticed

 

It was a tipped ball, that's really not fair to Keenan.

 

It was in his hands though. He had it. Tough catch for sure. But I think a WR of his caliber has to make it.

 

yea but it's spinning in a weird way and he has to adapt to the sudden change in trajectory.
