right back at u. i'll be the first to admit that i cant write worth a damn, especially with 1000 ideas circling my brain at once but i do believe just about everyone has something good to share. especially the veteran fans that have seen it all.

 

If you had to quantify it, how much efficiency would you say has been lost reading and replying to my posts vs putting me on ignore?

 

well, I accomplished at least one good thing today. I put 3rd on ignore. he doesn't post on teh football threads, anyway.

I get why people use ignore. I try to keep my ignore list empty. It's kind of funny to see everyone responding negatively to a bad post

 

I agree for the most part. The personal insults have gotten a bit out of hand lately. It's fun sometimes when you're joking around or just busting balls, but some folks thrive on it and when they lose an argument or hear a controversial opinion, instead of admitting defeat or addressing counterpoints, they personally insult the person. I won't name any names, but you know who you are. I do love the ignore list. It makes for a much more enjoyable experience on this site.

While on the subject, the trolling and thread derailing has also gotten out of hand. I gave up trying to read the NBA thread because it's just pages of a certain 2 people arguing about nothing. So stay on topic, people, or I'll insult and bully you!!!

 

100% truth, a lot of people on here resort to personal attacks when they do not agree with your opinion. Never could understand it, it is immaturity imo.

I agree personal attacks are unacceptable, but if you do get attacked, don't let it bother you. That is what the old crew taught me, through all of their crap. Haha. I haven't noticed the attacks, as I am on the board less, but I am not a fan.

I'm a fan of personal attacks lol. If said poster is a moron and we all know it, it is a lot easier to personally attack them than arguing their moronic points(which is what trolls feed off of...attention).
