Agreed. Its so damn important. It friggin drives me crazy that this team hasnt developed one very good forward/center. From the cap to the ice...its huge being able to plug in a really good center every 2 or 3 years..and Sather has done such a shitty job developing anything.

 

Miller needs to step up because he has shown nothing so far

 

My prediction Is he becomes one of the elite PF in the league next season

The Rangers have announced the jersey numbers for new players this season (Rangers):

• Dan Boyle: 22
• Tanner Glass: 15
• Lee Stempniak: 12

Jesper Fast will switch from 12 to 91.
Matthew Lombardi, Michael Kostka, Matt Hunwick and Steven Kampfer are still without numbers.

Hearing this morning that the Rangers are in the thick of the bidding for Kevin Hayes.

 

SBN, who had Hayes ranked as their #1 prospect, compared him to David Backes.

 

It might bring better luck for next season.

 

We had good luck last season

 

I'd love to see him on a line with Brass and Zucc. Put him at LW to replace Pou.

 

Losing in the cup final including a few OT games is bad luck.
