ESPN refusing to give credit to Chris Sheridan for knowing where LeBron was going before anyone. Every other sports outlet has given him credit, but ESPN refuses to. The guy was spot on lol
Typical, I recall listening to an interview live on 660, some news came out of it, I flip to ESPN and of course they are "breaking news" story and not given credit at all.
Yup. Apparently he approached them about it and they just gave some bullshit, fuck off type response.
Wiggins isnt going anywhere according to the Cavaliers coach. If Love says he will only go to Cleveland than Cleveland will get love by giving up a combo of picks/waiters/bennett.
Pierce replacing Trevor Ariza. Veteran for a veteran so good that way. Trevor is more athletic and could run up and down the court with Wall. Also a better defender. Pierce has that old man game still though. I really was interested the Nets didn't pay him. Interesting decision for them because I thought to get full value of the trade you keep Pierce this year too. Instead they opted not to pay him and it sounds like a money decision which is real crazy considering the Nets blow into the luxury tax like nothing.
Deng to Miami for 2 years and 20. Pretty solid. Miami can piece together a good starting unit. Depth now is relying on all the people who struggled last year
Yeah that's been a rumor or theory speculated for by Wizards fans for a long time now haha. KD is eventually going to come "home"
IMO the theme of next season is about 2 MVP's. Rose and Durant. Its the golden opportunity in the 2014-2015 season. So my power rankings of teams under most pressure: 1) Thunder 2) Bulls 3) Clippers 4) Pacers 5) Cavaliers 6) Spurs Sound about right? I guess you could rotate 2-4, but the Thunder imo are under the most because Durant has 2 years left, and once when the Cleveland operation gets going, its going to be hard to beat. So next season is probably the year the Thunder have to do it.
Wiggins does a 360 behind the back dunk in warmups. Something tells me Cleveland is gonna be fun to watch
Curious, why the Bulls and the Spurs? I think if you take off the Bulls (Rose health) you have the list of teams going into the season with Championship or bust. Yeah I was surprised. Sounds like from Stein that Rockets/Mavs would be willing to do a Sign and Trade if the NBA allows them. I don't know if that's possible since HOU missed the chance to offer Parsons something
