Thinking about it..if the secondary can be not great..but good...this team the way its built wins the division. Up to the secondary..with the defense we have up front..and the running game we WILL have this year..we can win the division.
Jets ranked a bottom 6 team 2 years in a row. You'd think after going 8-8 and improving the offense substantially, it would bump us up to at least 8 or 8.5. I mean do they really think the Giants improved their team more than us?
But they play in the same division as the skins and cowboys ... I think the jets could put up 28+ on those defenses consistantly. Personally, I like the whole underdog thing going on for the jets. I think it takes the pressure off.
