Yeah you never said that, that's I why said others. I just think that people need to stop acting like they are the only fanbase that does this crap
Interesting to think about this. Reporters are now saying that LeBron has spent years trying to fix his character and the way he went about making "the decison" in 2010. If he cares so much about that, then why would he let these rumors circulate about him returning if they weren't true? Why would he destroy that city again? Why wouldn't he come out and say, no there is no real chance of me going back?
My prediction for everything: Carmelo resigns with New York to max deal. Pau Gasol signs with New York to play with Melo and under Jackson and Fisher. Lebron returns to Cleveland on a max deal. Wade resigns with Miami to a long term deal. Bosh signs with Houston at a max deal.
https://twitter.com/Chris_Broussard/status/486208988053139456 Chris Bosh Receives Four-Year, $96M Max Offer From Rockets. Bosh has to take that and run. If Bosh accepts that, shit will get crazy. Could Melo join Miami with Lebron and D Wade? A lot of possibilities open if that is the case.
Ira Winderman said that LeBron's wife really wants to move back to Cleveland and raise the kids there.
Melo ain't joining Miami lol He was just offered $96 million from LA and $129 million from New York. Why the fuck would he accept a HUGE pay cut to play for Miami? Not to mention he has narrowed it down to LA and New York and is expected to make a decision by tomorrow.
He doesn't have to accept a huge pay cut. If Bosh leaves the Heat, can't the Heat offer a 96 Million dollar contract to Melo? They should have enough room to take on 2 max contracts (Melo / Lebron). They have a crap-ton of cap room. I hope Melo stays in NY.
Yeah and then what? The whole point was that LeBron needed more weapons around him. Signing Melo and losing Bosh is a moot point. Granted, Melo is a ten times better shooter, but that still doesn't solve their interior defense, lack of a big man, lack of a point guard, and lack of a bench problem. You sign Melo and LeBron to a max deal and you have no money left to add other pieces. Why would Carmelo take that over $129 million in New York. He would be getting paid a ton, playing under Fisher and Jackson, possibly playing with Gasol, and next year have a ton of money to grab a guy like Love. And as far as everyone knows, Carmelo has narrowed his decision down to Knicks or Lakers. He didn't even speak with the Heat brass.
Melo didn't speak with the Heat because Bosh was still interested in returning to play with Lebron. Pat Riley is a sneaky rat bastard. You know he's got some sort of plan. I hope no one goes to the Heat and they go into tank mode. I wonder if Wade would leave if Lebron or Bosh don't return? He could always go to Chicago.
If Melo leaves the Knicks and signs elsewhere, I think he's a moron. Not because I'm a Knicks fan, although it does have a little to do with it, but simply because of the situation. He is being offered in excess of $120 million to stay in New York. He won't have to move and he's got an entire life there. He will be playing under Phil Jackson, who is probably the best basketball mind to ever live, and he will be under Fisher, a product of Jackson. The Knicks will have a shit ton of money to play with next offseason and he will remain the main guy in New York. If he signs with Miami, he loses that to LeBron. Take the money Melo and wait it out one more year. Let Jackson grab Gasol and make a play at some big names next offseason.
According to reports, Bosh is waiting on the direction of LeBron, not the other way around. This is very bad for Miami. If LeBron stays, Bosh stays. If LeBron leaves, Bosh leaves. So in theory, a Melo/LeBron roster could never happen.
LeBron going to play for that owner in Cleveland, nope. He's better off going to Houston, I seriously doubt he wants to play for that game.
Well if the reports are accurate, he sure as hell is looking to play there again. Even his wife has said she wants to move back there and raise their kids in Cleveland. First time in 4 years, since LeBron left, that the letter calling James a coward has been removed from Cleveland's website.
Kobe's over the hill. If Melo goes there, he's going as his replacement, maybe they'll play a little together. Kobe's playing time will dwindle drastically.
Lmao That's bad!! Here's a tweet from a reporter: Riley: Ok LeBron, we signed McRoberts, come sign with us again. Lebron:
Wow the full MLE. Heat are anticipating them not having any cap room at all. Go back to CLE Lebron. Winning a title with the Cavs would make you a God.
